I think the MP “argument” is that he benefited from his natural advantages ie large feet, double joints, large wing span etc so that’s comparable to a laydee using the natural advantage of the testosterone produced by “her” balls 🙄

There's also people who have an interest in legal adults, who didn't go through puberty.

I thought it was a kind of niche thing that nobody really believed. I was shocked when I found out that Lia Thomas was actually competing against women and people really believe that twaw.
I guess it is still a niche thing that most people don't believe. The trouble is that the people who do believe are in positions of power and influence. It's been allowed to get totally out of hand because it wasn't nipped in the bud.
Yes you're right. I really don't think that the majority of the population think that a man who pops a dress on has magically become a woman. Many people are to scared to speak out because all our institutions, government, civil service and big corporations have signed up to this nonsense in the name of DEI. They have imposed it on us all when nobody asked them to.

The Labour Party are the worst for this captured nonsense and have truly lost their way. They used to be the party for workers of this country but now they represent the metropolitan elite and identity politics. I predict that Keir Starmer will not last 5 years in government unless he starts to realise this fact.

Some people are also really thick.

A girl I work with had no idea that sperm determine the sex. She thought there were "boy eggs" and "girl eggs"

I'm hoping that Starmer won't last another 5 months TBH (though the thought of that horror Raynor stepping into his shoes is hardly reassuring. I want them to sink with all hands.)

It's this kind of post that makes me wish we had an eye roll/face palm added to the emoji button

I listened to a podcast recently, where it was said that some girls had asked if they could store breastmilk before their mastectomy. So many people have no clue how breastfeeding works, most of them aren't wanting their breasts lopped off so they can be a, "man".

The language used by the TWAW gang is also deliberately misleading, and quite ambiguous if you're not well-informed on the subject. Lots of people think that a transwoman is a woman who identifies as a man. So when you ask the average person on the street for the purpose of say, a survey, you'll get plenty of positive answers, of course a transwoman is a woman!

This would be comical if it wasn't so heartbreakingly tragic

Exactly, these girls want their future babies to have their breastmilk, but have no idea how it works and are allowed to have their breasts sliced off.
It's horrific.

Oh my GOD, I’ve just found I never bookmarked the new thread and I’ve missed 49 pages of discussion. But not only that, I didn’t even realise this thread was missing from my active threads, because… well, I take out of sight out of mind to the extreme. How could I have not given this thread a thought in six days with all the Olympics controversy rumbling on?!

Anyway, my neurodivergent a is back in this thread for a minute before it closes again and I risk losing it. So frustrating 😳

I think Raven Saunders is a poster girl for the crossover between mental health issues, neurodiversity and trans capture. The NB identity is like a shield and enhanced here by the mask and glasses. That’s JMO. She’s an interesting character but she can stick her compelled pronouns in the bin.
I think you’re right. One look at her and I could just see her entire shtick is like the Tiktokification of the Olympics, twerking and all. Having all of your points of oppression (blackness, fatness, queerness) front and centre purely by drawing that much attention to yourself. It’s just so incongruous to what elite sport should be IMO. I hate it 😅
