Men in a dress have no idea how black people felt during segregation and it is disgusting to imply that they are victims of the same kind of persecution. I wish they would recognise that THEY ARE THE OPPRESSORS IN THIS SITUATION - NOT WOMEN!!!
Right? It's like when they reckon they are being erased like the Holocaust. It's so bleeping offensive. They have zero self awareness and are mentally ill.

its very telling that a “minority” group (it’s not a minority, it’s a choice for AGPs that are leading the charge on this) claim they are going through the holocaust, or are equivalent to BLM, or like what LGB went through. What other group is so desperate to want to be seen as marginalised? I’m surprised they haven’t appropriated disability rights yet. Maybe that’s not cool enough for them though.

So interesting to see your use of the word CHOICE. I can’t think of any other minority group that actually chooses their minority status (nobody chooses their ability/disability, skin colour, sexuality) but adopting a different gender is a choice. But do trans people see it that way? Don’t they often scream about needing to transition to become their ‘true’ self? At the heart of it, it just doesn’t make any sense. They’re choosing to become a minority? Sorry if my words are clunky, I’m thinking it through as I write because I just can’t make sense of it.

MoH they do
There’s a lot of blue hairs with trans pins who have walking sticks and splints as props. Usually a bit heavy; claim fibromyalgia and also Severe mental illnesses.

saw one on the wild the other day soeedwalkjng in heavy platform black boots with their walking stick barely touching the ground.

delusional charlatans. Privileged white people desperate to claim marginalisation

Thank you to everyone who replied to my posts, some great points were raised!
Being transgender is an IDENTITY.
This is where I’m a bit unsure because I know some people who have genuine gender dysphoria and one has had surgery and the others dress like men, use male names and pronouns. For them, it isn’t a choice in the same way their sexuality isn’t a choice. I think their are genuine transgender people out there but they also understand that puberty blockers are harmful, that biologically they will always be the sex they were born with, that male bodies have no reason to be in women’s sports and spaces, etc.

I don't see the LGB as a stain and I think this fight needs all the support it can get. LGB turning on T would send a really powerful message. Anything that helps to stop children being fed this rubbish and mutilated can only be a good thing in my opinion.
---

They're women or men with a medical condition. They're not a third sex or a mix of both sexes. Honestly, since when do you need a medical degree to know the difference between a man and a woman. Fair play to you for trying to help them see them light.
My point is LGB and women's rights are not the same and should not be conflated. LGBT have their rights while sadly fully supporting the erasure of women's rights. We women have lost not only our rights but ourselves as a independent sex class due to the LGBT. You can says it is the T who has pushed this but, it IS because they are part of the LGBT that they have been able to. The majority of LGB still believe in LGBT

I do see the LGB/LGBT rainbow as misogynistic and anti women. Why? Because it is!! Yes, there is the L in there, but the fight really was never about lesbians, it was about straight men not giving gay men the same human rights as they had. It was always all about men.

For women to join together with LGB and not expect the same outcome would be utterly foolish. As a straight women, I am not interested. No thank you.

I don’t need a medical degree but sometimes they go off on tangents about the nuances of being intersex and the others and I get quite flummoxed. I thought the most sensible and logical answer would be ‘girls and women typically have two X chromosomes, while boys and men typically have one X chromosome and one Y chromosome’ but apparently not haha! I like to engage and debate with people but some do see this as a ‘gotcha’ and are like ‘well people with Down’s syndrome have an extra chromosome! Are they not ‘real women’’ or ‘Caster Semenya is intersexed! Should she not be allowed to run as she has higher levels of male hormones, is she not a woman?!’’ It does get on my goat and it doesn’t feel right that people use people with medical conditions as a ‘ooo look I caught you out!’
Caster Semenya is not a Woman, they are a Man, with a male genitalia albeit it all inside their body. Caster has DSD 46xy note the y in there that denotes Male.
I have sympathy for Caster and others in a similar predicament, they have almost certainly been used by their respective athletics organisations BUT I also have sympathy for the 100's of women that have trained hard to get to the top of Sport, only to be denied by a Man,
People focus on the ones that get beaten in the Final as they do with drugs cheats but these athletes are also in heats with only a certain number making it to the final so in every heat these DSD and drug cheat athletes run, 1 entrant missed the opportunity to run in a final or a global event.

Loads of them use walkers or canes and have lots of illnesses in their bios online - they appropriate everything they can think of for victimhood.

Sissy porn is the gateway drug for lots with AGP. It’s all part of the fetish - they want to be pitied. They get off on it.

I understand sort of where you’re coming from, but you say this movement in its current form is undermining women (I agree) but the first letter in LGB refers to women so unless You’re also accusing lesbians (like your daughter) in perpetuating all of this, then how can you blame and resent “LGB” for the current situation we’re in? I suppose that’s the trouble of “communities” as everyone are individuals, and despite their sexualities are not a monolith. I wasn’t alive during the HIV crisis and didn’t have any woman or man wipe my a, as I was born later, but I’m still a gay man and firmly GC. If you’re blaming GB men, then yeah, you may have a point but again, I am a gay man and I have many gay male friends who are fed up all of all this toxic and misogynistic bull. “LGBT” as a movement may have made its bed but as a gay person I don’t want to lie in it, and me and others are fighting against it and I very much do not think it’s my own fault. I know you didn’t go much into the thread but we discuss the frustration of this later on about how frustrating it is that every time we try and speak out our own gay media is censoring us, or labelling us as bigots.

I feel your post reading it back was WAY harsh and not really justified imo.
---

I thought today about starting a chant saying trans isn’t real. It isn’t . It can’t be. It’s impossible.
It was harsh, yes and while no offence was intended, it is how I feel and I do think it is what is happening.

LGB was never about the lesbians, they were just to add to your numbers and for the most part over the past 50 years+ they have been ignored.

May I suggest you take some time during one of the many LGBT history months/weeks/days of the year we have to suffer that insufferable rainbow bloody flag being rammed down our throats, to educate yourself on just how women have supported gay men over the years and how women were the only ones who would care for you during the AIDS crisis of the 80's? You may gain a little respect and understand where I am coming from. I was a young child back then, but I remember it being on the news and in the paper. Gay men were worse than lepers.

You are viewing things via your male standpoint. You are still (basically) saying that I can't call out gay men for their misogynistic behaviours, mostly because you don't think you are one; but you are still asking women to support you and put you first because your male socialisation demands it.

I ask you - Why should women do that? The worst thing that has happened to you through all of this is you have women in your saunas, while we are getting sexually assaulted in ours..
---
What’s an educated response to people who, when bringing up hormones and chromosomes, genitalia etc, respond with ‘what about people with Down’s syndrome/intersex people/ people with hyperandrogenism/people with unusually high levels of testosterone in natural born women, etc - are these people not women?’
I never know how to express my thoughts well or know the correct medical background on these issues
You keep it factual. There are two sexes male/female. There is no intersex condition that is that is a mix of both, even for the very few people with ambiguous genitalia, they are still biologically male/female. I've never seen people with down's brought into the equation and I would say that is very insulting. Women with naturally high levels of testosterone are still women and their T levels are never on par with that of males.

Caster Semanya is genetically male but with DSD so appears female but is not when looking st strength speed and testosterone. I will call her she as she was socialised and always lived as a woman but as soon as her genetic quirk was discovered she should have been banned from competitive sports. Instead coaches are now hunting for individuals like Semanya for gold medals obtained fraudulently. It is unfair how she was treated but she was put in that postiion by trainers and toothless athletic associations. This is not like Ian thorpe’s feet or Usain Bolt’s fast twitch muscles, it is an advantage that should be neutralised.

This article is heart breaking and absolutely rage inducing. It's by a whistle blower from a gender clinic in the US. https://www.thefp.com/p/i-thought-i-was-saving-trans-kids
What are politicians doing?
That was such an interesting read, well done to that woman for raising her head above the parapet to protect children. What I found especially interesting was that most of the patients were white. It made me think that trans does seem an almost entirely white issue? Surely if it was genuinely a condition, you'd see lots of walks of life/races/cultures etc but it's almost entirely white people!

There are not millions of babies born to surrogates every year! In the US surrogacy is a motherless transaction. It's very sad.

It is known that children born to surrogates suffer the same rejection trauma as children given up for adoption. While supporters say they mother is compensated for her time and so it is OK, it is exploitation of female poverty. The women doing this are not sitting in their nice 5 bed homes in the suburbs, they are poor students or women living in government housing usually with other children to care for.

I know a few elderly lesbians who nursed gay men at the end of life when their families and healthcare providers would have nothing to do with them. It was extremely sad, and these women stepped up for these sick, vulnerable men. When the TQ+ started infiltrating, no one spoke up or stood up for the lesbians. A gay man can tell a TIF to duck right off with ease if they were bold enough to approach them on a dating app. Lesbians were banned from apps designed for them and are constantly told to 'push' their boundaries about 'genital preferences' (the boundaries thing - I am sure has originated from BDSM) because women are socialised from the start to be accommodating to the needs of others, especially men.

I'll believe surrogacy is altruistic once wealthy women in the West start carrying children for women in deprived nations where women are shunned from their communities for being childless.

Again I think this is something Nike put in place maybe 3/4 months ago when Dylan was going to the White House and the background has changed dramatically since then as these LARPers are now being called out more and more. It’s a tiktok trend now and those move fast, i can see the Gen A being bored of it all and kicking back.

When the war in Ukraine was breaking out, I saw this article. A happy ending piece about a couple bringing their surrogate baby home from a war zone.
They thanked all their solicitors and sent thoughts to other parents in the same boat.
Not one word or thank you to the woman that carried their child for 9 months. Such a scramble for them to get out but no mention of the woman’s safety.
So yes, women are irrelevant in these situation once the baby is born 😡😡
