In this thread someone (a man) says there's no evidence that gender neutral spaces increase risk to women, and someone else replies with examples of women being sexually assaulted in prison.
The man then replies that you're more likely to be grape by a prison guard. This is always the answer isn't it, "Women will be grape anyway!" and it only makes the point that they think some women are acceptable collateral damage.
Like all manipulative people, they change the goalposts when you demonstrate they're wrong. "Well then gender neutral spaces are to blame not transgender people", as if the push for the former isn't coming from and for the benefit of the latter.

I've just finished reading The End of the World is Flat by Simon Edge.
It's a not especially subtle satirical take on the current state of gender ideology, but it's good satire and was an entertaining, easy read given the subject matter! Would recommend.

It ticks loads of inclusivity boxes and looks good on their twatter feed, while they look the other way while someone's mugged.
Regardless of your thoughts/feelings about Ben Shapiro, it is ridiculous we live in a world where
- someone feels unsafe being in the same convention center as someone they politically disagree with... Grovelling multi-part apology about harm caused by their presence.
- 12 year old developing girl doesn't want to change around adult, intact men in a leisure centre changing room... Shut the duck up Terf bigot, if you don't like it, leave.

It's all bleeping ludicrous. I've no time for any of it. If they don't like it,they can go & duck themselves.
I wonder how many poor innocent people were harmed by his presence? How many wilted clean away from being in his vicinity? How many were invalidated and thus disintegrated into mere dust from his proximity? My thoughts and prayers are with them all at this difficult time.
This is what sticks in my craw about gender ideology, gender dysphoria has been hijacked by men that want to force their way into single sex spaces and we have a whole host of organizations, universities and government bodies that are willing to help those men do that.
Those organizations are the problem, the ones refusing to engage in nuanced debate over the safeguarding issues around allowing people to self identify into single sex spaces. It's just a flat "women STFU this is happening" response and anything less than acceptance and you are a bigot and guilty of thought crime. These organizations are only pushing this as it costs them no money to be "inclusive". For gender equality they pay for a few rainbow flags, Twitter hashtag and boom job done, the org is "inclusive". How many people here have a disabled person in their workplace? In my workplace of 1200 employees there is one wheelchair user, there is no campaign to actively recruit more disabled people into my workplace, but it is all pride and pronouns. Because pride and pronouns is a cheap box ticking exercise compared to adapting a building for use by those with different challenges.

Oh dear. I looked at Twitter and the whole boycott M&S hashtag. The TRA’s are out in force accusing Terfs of the usual. Asking why we care so much about people changing in cubicles and how we would know who was in there or what genitals they would have.
They miss the point completely. The increased numbers of self ID people claiming to be women invading womens safe spaces is the problem. They could be anyone who has access now, in a place with no CCTV. It’s about preventing these things from happening and men are mostly the culprits who will take advantage. If TiMs are so scared of using male spaces then get you own spaces. Campaign for them. Changing rooms are not ‘validating spaces’ that’s not why they were invented and separated. Grow up.

Yes, it did have a quick and rather neat ending. I found the bits about paid for likes and comments on Twitter really interesting. Obvs I knew like farming was a thing but I'd never really thought of the subtle ways they can be used to slowly manipulate opinions.
