You don't really see the same arguments being made for non-binary that are made for binary transgenderism, do you?

Is there such thing as a non-binary brain? Does the so-called science back up the concept of non-binary? Lol.

Katherine Ryan received a letter from a lady who identified herself as a TERF on her latest podcast (called Gigs and Plan B) and she gave the side of the argument against allowing men who say they are women into women’s spaces and Katherine had a really balanced view and response to it. She said they she hadn’t considered the issue with prisions (the letter mentioned Karen White) and that she doesn’t mind if people send her in letters about the issue. Seems that she’s up for learning about the differing sides so if you guys wanted to email her podcast about this issue I believe the address is [email protected]. If you want to listen to the letter it’s at 37:24.

Another important point about women's prisons, it's not just safety (as many prisons in the US are now witnessing or anticipating pregnancies between inmates), it's recreational space

From Women's Liberation Front

CCWF’s prison yard, for example, had been home for over three decades to trees which provided shade from the desert sun and a home to local birds. Once the men started coming, the trees were cut down, as they were seen as a security risk. (CCWF denies this happened, despite the first-hand accounts from incarcerated women). The security level of individual male inmates is otherwise completely disregarded once they enter the women’s facility, as prisons opt instead to remove privileges from all inmates.

We know the benefits of being around nature for mental health. Incarcerated women can't even enjoy something as simple as a tree.

Oh duck off

How does this even work legally?
A woman can't be charged with grape, instead the crime is classed as sexual assault by penetration. So although objectively a man grape a woman, the law then sees this as a woman being charged with assault by penetration and inflates the number of females being sex offenders? Or are the rapists still charged with grape, but simply referred to as women and oddly marked down as women, even though women can't be rapists? Confused

The victim is then gaslit and retraumatised into being told that the what happened to her isn't real, she wasn't grape, her abuser wasn't a man.

Sexual crimes are rarely reported and convicted as is, what purpose does basing charges on gender expression and identity rather than the fact a man used his male body to commit crime against a woman serve?

Yes yes yes. I think that makes a great statement. I know in the UFC most the women just refuse to compete against the men that fight as women.
After Fallon Fox fractured a woman’s skull all combat sports should be sex segregated - no exceptions.

What the duck?

It’s lies. It’s the I’m so special gene they seem to have.

TRA’s are drunk with power, they are overreaching and demanding more and more special treatment and it’s starting to unravel. I’m convinced. It’s so fashionable it can only do one thing, and become unfashionable again with the young ones and the older ones become more and more blatantly in their fetishisation of women. I feel desperately sorry for the young people taken in and taking permanent measures.

Of course they’ve got a go fund me to crowdfund surgery for themselves too 🤣

ETA: They’re also publicly reporting a GP to the GMC and trying to get them sacked in the middle of a pandemic whilst also complaining about NHS waiting times. Nice one

Going back to the UPenn swimmer, does anyone think that this person is just pretending to be trans to win these races? I don’t know if there are any other rewards to winning (such as money or financial help for university costs etc) or if they are just doing it for the ‘glory’ but it feels suss. Or am I just completely cynical?
Sooner or later someone is going to do this as frankly it involves taking drugs which in this case are legal to give yourself a sporting advantage with the chance of millions of dollars down the line.

You’ve just reminded me - the Chinese are already on it. And if there’s a nation that’s going to exploit a loophole to win Olympic medals, you know it’s going to be the Chinese (…closely followed by Russia).

This was 2019 and there was some debate as to how many men were pretending to be women… two or three?

Can the TRAs really not hear how disgusting they sound celebrating someone having cancer just because they don’t agree with them politically? Vile.
People are trying to get Giles Coren cancelled because of his gloating over someone dying (rightfully I might add) so how is this different?
