Those poxy changing villages are abysmal. My daughter got harassed at the swimming pool by a b who couldn't handle the concept that a young woman in a bikini is there to swim not cop off. The git followed her to the changing village and went in next door to her and she heard noises that were very obviously him wanking. Not always a bloke in a dress but always a bloke. She's a firecracker and she did complain and get him banned, but what if she was younger or less bolshie, and he'd made her feel ashamed or afraid rather than enraged?

Oh this is interesting, I've said previously that I'm local to this area and I haven't seen this posted on anything.
I did warn like minded friends about this if they were to end up in hospital with their young children.
All of my local swimming pools (4 different local authorities) have changing villages. 3 are older than 2013 with only the one being newer.

I just listened to a fascinating programme on R4 Extra about the Greenham Common Women's protest.
At the end they were discussing if such a movement would be possible now. And they concluded it would be much harder due to 'the people who are now deciding what a woman is'.
You literally can imagine men like Jonathan and the polycule turning up to take selfies and make snide comments about 'cis' women not wearing make up and kitten heels as they protested in the mud.

They're not rights, they're privileges, I bet they don't offer similar to women going through cancer screening or period care etc.
This is because they're a BCorp. I've complained about their EDI training before. If you're a BCorp your whole HR team need to be terfy. Luckily this is the case in some (don't ask me how I know this...)
I was a member of CND for many years. Because there weren’t many people in my area, our local branch was amalgamated with the WILPF branch (Women’s International League for Peace & Freedom). There were some formidable old-school feminists in that group, many of whom had been instrumental in the Greenham Common protest. They were all a generation older than me, but I was in awe of their attitude and the stories about protesting at Greenham and the harsh conditions they put up with. Their numbers are dwindling now
. Anyway, I just looked up the WILPF (founded in the First World War) to see if it was still going and saw this on their membership page

It was set up by women for women. I wonder what the members of my local branch, many of whom are in their 80s and older, think of having to admit men in dresses should one demand to join.
