I'm as (stereotypically) feminine as they come and am very flat chested. Not ONCE have I felt the need, or desire to have enormous fake or otherwise breasts.

Maybe I’m reading this thread too much, but I can’t help but wonder if AGP is a social contagion amongst adult men in the same way that ROGD is amongst teenage girls. There seem to be so many of these freaks - surely there weren’t always? Obviously they’re now more emboldened. But the old stereotype of a weird freaky middle aged man wearing women’s clothes (skirt and jumper say) must have come from somewhere? Is it porn that’s driving this increase? It’s just so vile. Makes you wonder if these men would have been normal if they’d grown up in a different time.
I think that's exactly what it is. I'm pretty sure I've heard that high porn use leads users to more and more extreme stuff because the "high" they used to feel doesn't quite do the job anymore. So users have to view more and more depraved stuff to get off.
Porn use (assuming it involves women) dehumanises women, so the more you watch, the less you view women as anything other than tank fodder. And that's where their ideas about what women should look like come from. Which they emulate because most women don't look like or dress like that so they create in themselves what they believe to be the perfect woman - but, crucially, still retain the ability to tank over it
And if you have the ability to view yourself through the lense of porn and are able to have a tank over your "material" literally any time you're alone, nobody is getting in the way of your high - you don't even need access to a phone/computer/grumble mag*(*I know it's not 1983 and men don't need a copy of Razzle to knock one out but the term grumble mag makes me laugh)

I think you should take heart in the fact that things are definitely changing (not in terms of women being grape, beaten and murdered) but gender wise there's definitely been a shift. Just little things like I went to join the library yesterday and the equal ops form asked "What is your sex" then the follow up question was "Do you identify with your sex at birth?" I know it's just a little thing but 18 months ago these would not have been the questions. For a kid of your son's age, I'm sure by the time he goes to high school this whole thing will have blown over for kids and schools will once again become a place of learning rather than activism.

I've had this procedure. I had a local anaesthetic (I was offered a general one, but wanted to be able to get home quickly afterwards). The all female team (including female surgeon) advised me that even with the local anaesthetic it would be a very painful procedure. And it was - 5 samples from different areas and I squeaked with every one of them. It was one of the most painful experiences I have ever had,.
I can't even begin to imagine what it must be like to endure it with no pain relief, or with a male gynaecologist.
I am eternally grateful that in my area, though the NHS seems to have rainbow lanyards etc, when push comes to shove they appreciate the need for women to have privacy, dignity* and the the kind reassurance of other women around them.
The team were fantastic and I sent them a thank you card.
*As much as you can have dignity lying naked from the waist down with your legs in stirrups, obviously.
It’s definitely mainly porn for the older blokes. For the younger ones it’s a pipeline which winds it way through things like My Little Pony, Furries, Anime and gaming as well as the porn. Out of my eldest sons group of online/real life friends 7 of them are various iterations of trans and the rest of them are either gay or ‘bi’ (despite never actually having been with anyone of either sex). He’s the only one who is straight and a lot of the time they rib him over it, because it’s ’boring’. He’s known most of these young blokes since they were about 10 or so and he feels like this whole agenda has cannibalised their personalities, they all just talk like parodies now, full of buzzwords and phrases like ‘body is tea’ and all they ever talk about is HRT, polyamory, dressing up as anime characters or French maids and trans issues. It’s a cult.
There were a couple of other lads that were straight but they both got expelled from the group for misgendering or having the wrong political opinions. Personally I think he should tell them all to eff off but he’s very loyal and I think he holds out hope that some of them might come to their senses eventually.

I had this procedure with no pain relief and a male doctor. There was a female nurse and female chaperone present and their idea of pain relief was to talk absolute nonsense to me to 'distract' me from the pain. At one stage they said most women would have asked for a break at this point, and I was almost praised for not doing so. They know it's painful and how bad it gets and yet pain relief was never offered.

I learned recently that this tactic - talking at a patient to try to distract them from the pain - is called a “vocal local”.
It’s totally inhumane but that’s women’s health for you.
It really irritated me to be honest and made it worse as I would have rather just focused on getting myself though the pain.
I do suspect that there’s a very strong push to try and normalise anything and everything. Things which would once have been seen as shameful are now being pushed in our faces and we’re meant to celebrate it? I’ve said it before, but women with boundaries are ridiculed as prudes, but don’t anyone dare kink shame. I honestly think there should be shame. Can you imagine the reaction in the past to this walking mass of red flags? This isn’t stunning. It’s not brave. It’s a p with sick fantasies indulging them in the open. I hate to think what’s going on in his mind, the combination of child like dressing and sexual euphoria.

It's bliddy painful!
I doubt I could have coped without local anasthetic and the lovely all-woman team (one of whom held my hand throughout). I apologised for making a fuss (squeaking at each snip) and was told that my whinging was nothing - most women, even with a local, were in tears and asking to get off the table. I don't know how true that was, but I can't believe that you had to endure it with no anaesthetic and little support. You are a true heroine.
