A court HAS decided "Steph" - the UK Supreme Court. As far as I am aware, a court in Strasburg cannot overrule the Supreme Court - or the highest court in any country - when it comes to decisions taken about that country's domestic laws.

Michael, this is tragic.

Can I offer a video? No idea if it will help, but you might get some inspiration from the father in this documentary. He refused to let his daughter become captured. It also has a rather priceless line from Dr Ken Zucker. For many years Zucker was considered the worlds leading expert in youth transgender care. He fell out of favor given he is not a proponent of todays gender affirming care model. This documentary was the last credible piece produced by the BBC on this topic, and it remains banned in Canada. The corrupt national broadcaster bought the broadcast rights and put this documentary (about Canada) on the shelf. It is called Transgender Kids: Who Knows Best?

There were a couple of interviews with her, I think at the end of last year. Afterwards both of the interviewers used the word, “evil” to describe her. It’s not a word that’s just thrown about randomly.
