You know what, I had to leave the school choir aged 11 because I can't fucking sing.
Yeah, I was hurt but that's life. These so-called trans kids (and their parents) need to get some resilience because you're not going to get everything you want all the time.
Brilliant 😂👍💛

This shite being pushed in Universities, can't say I'm surprised but still ffs.
Fuck's sake.
Absolutely this!
Besides, these days I'd far rather have a cup of tea and big bag of crisps.
Me too and I don't drink tea or even particularly like crisps. This is unfortunate for Mr Pegs but I feel how I feel - I blame years of being on the pill for my acne. Luckily he doesn't take it personally.

I've found a new podcast about Surrogacy, it is by The Journal in the US. 3 partners, first already released and the next two on the coming Fridays. Absolutely heartbreaking, but I won't say more. Worth a listen, it isn't overly long. This is the link for PodcastAddict as that's the app I use.

I've not been reading/posting much lately (dealing with family stuff) however I'm now having a privacy notice popping up non-stop, didn't happen previously and it's driving me mad! Can anyone help me fix it please? It's appearing on every page I read and multiple times when I scroll down to read posts. I click on 'REJECT ALL' then 'SAVE & EXIT' but to no avail.

"Oh, I think it's so saaaad"
"Oh, I think it's so intoleraaaaant"
"They're chiliiiidren. What do you think is going to haaaapen?"
"Oh there's so many issuuuuues"

I believe these children may be up to 17 years of age. What do YOU think might happen you patronising prick!?

As the woman rightly says "Do you think that we should wait for something terrible to happen before we take action?"

It is a single-sex charitable organisation. If they want boys in - fine - but they have to change their ethos and that will affect their charitable status. I don't think most girls - or their parents - want to change. I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks that the ones who do want both sexes involved can, with the boys, form their own, "inclusive" organisation. After all - the Girl Guides set themselves up from nothing, so I'm sure the "Gender Guides" (for want of a better term) could too.

Every organisation has to start somewhere, after all, and if it's as popular as they claim they'll be swamped with applicants.
I shuddered a bit at BIB, I can just imagine the troupes being run by militant handmaidens, transhausen parents and perverts. Colouring in Progress flags and crocheting “TRANS RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS” flags. 🤢

It's always names like Mercedes, isn't it? 🙄
Footballers Wife‘s comes to mind how do they every think they pass? Even from behind their gait and hands sizes gives them away, it’s years of evolution women have to tell the difference and protect themselves. 🦕💚🤍💜

He's fathered children like a man, too.
I don't think he fathered them. The article uses she/her.

She is also one of the most recognisable intersex women in the world. In her book The Race to Be Myself, Caster explains herself. "On the outside, I am female. I have a vagina, but I do not have a uterus. I do not menstruate and my body produces an elevated amount of testosterone, which gives me more typically masculine characteristics than other women, such as a deeper voice and fewer curves. I cannot carry a child because I don't have a womb. But contrary to what many people think, I do not produce sperm. I can't biologically contribute to making new life".

Another day, another BBC article featuring a man who says he’s a woman and going along with it.

Also found this on him. He looks so friendly!

Wow this is great! Although part of me would have liked to have seen just now many people actually consider themselves trans/NB.

I bet many of them will lie on this though, Himdia Withawilly for example.

People should have to respond with either their NI or NHS number as well (and include if for those they are responding on behalf of).

I notice among the comments one from Graham Linehan, effectively saying "I think the way you do - why don't you like me?"

More and more I find him a self-pitying misery guts. I was initially impressed and grateful that he was on the side of the angels, but he seems to need to be centre and foremost in everything. There are women working as hard, if not harder, than he is to end this horror, but whenever he is present he takes over and makes it about himself. (He doesn't even seem to be aware that he is doing it. Very male behaviour. 🤭 )

I think he has set himself up as a Knight in Shining Armour and Protector of Women - but he expects women to be eternally grateful and to fuss round him like broody hens cosseting a single (giant) chick. And as I say - unaware.

I wish he didn't turn everything round to be "All about meeeeee!" 😓
How weird that he commented 18hrs ago when she posted that tweet in September last year!

I'm with all of you that don't enjoy modern films. I can't remember the last film I bothered going to the cinema to watch as it all seems to be just special effects with no real content now. If anything wins an Oscar or award these days I make a note to avoid it. I wish they'd bring back 'acting' and decent plots.

I can't stand being preached at either so if a show is trying to ram a message onto me particularly about trans or the environment its a turnoff.

Recently I tried to watch that show about Huw Edwards with Martin Clunes (just to find out what he did) and couldn't make it to the end because I just didn't enjoy it.

I can. It was "Love Actually" and I thought it was dross. I only stayed with it for Alan Rickman and it wasn't even worth it for that.

The last one I actually enjoyed was Jurassic Park - took my son and was scared stiff. He thought it was hilarious.

It really infuriates me when companies/councils/schools etc say the are 'seeking legal advice.' It's just a delaying tactic. The law is very plain as laid out by the highest court in the land. 'Shonky Advice Solicitors Ltd' are not going to be able to find a way around it!
the fact that people are slating GG for not allowing GLP to help them is ridiculous

They're not men's willies you awful bigot. They're ladies' willies. And I for one have no problem with lady willies only cis men willies.

On the plus side I've just been watching some footage from the Newcastle Reclaim the Night March last night (which was available to all genders except men) Didn't see a single stunning and/or brave trans sister. They're probably still stuck at the Monument because Grey Street and stilettoes are not a good combination.
Didn't know that was happening 😳 What a shame. Will watch some footage now.
