Yet again, the deliberately confusing language is being used to hide the facts about the GG ruling.

Every single headline that I've seen so far states that "transgender girls", or "transgirls" are being "banned" from GG. Not a single one states that boys are being banned, which isn't really news, any normal person would probably question why boys were allowed into GG in the first place.
And when you throw in images and soundbites from TRA's going on about how they speak on behalf of "all girls", you can see how the general public can be confused on this issue.
Sadly, the TRA's don't speak for all girls, especially those who don't want cross-dressing males in their spaces 🙄

These boys should never have been put in that position in the first place.
Of course I care about the girls far more, but some of these boys will be very young I know of a six Yr old.
Couldn’t agree more, pandering to these adults who are behind all this was madness from the beginning.

I'm honestly sure that the one I know of has AGP by proxy, not that I've heard of that, but he is in an FB group for little girls hair tips, his, son has everything pink, only wears twirly dresses, only got very pink/'girls', presents at Christmas etc.

Even most wee girls who like that sort of stuff occasionally wear jeans/leggings, like playing in mud or a boy character in a cartoon or whatever.
Not this boy.

He has a public blog about the child, it's all just creepy.

The worst thing about all of this is the total loss of a social contract. There should be no need to 'police' the GG (or toilets, or changing rooms) because people should just stay out of places that are not for them.

There is a massive sense of entitlement nowadays, so people just don't care as long as they get what they want.

I've not been reading/posting much lately (dealing with family stuff) however I'm now having a privacy notice popping up non-stop, didn't happen previously and it's driving me mad! Can anyone help me fix it please? It's appearing on every page I read and multiple times when I scroll down to read posts. I click on 'REJECT ALL' then 'SAVE & EXIT' but to no avail.

Urg, scrolling Instagram and Webberley pops up. Shes fully on the cross sex hormones straight away as soon as you take puberty blockers, doesn't she know her side likes to pretend puberty blockers are to give children "time" rather than as a gateway drug. She talks about Keira Bell saying in interviews that blockers sent her into menopause but never acknowledges that some people will detransition and that puberty blockers and cross sex hormones do irreperable damage

I went on Brownie camp as a kid. It was in a hostel /hall type venue. The leaders played pranks on us, including putting sweets in our shoes AND spraying our hair with neon wash-out hair paint... which meant the (thankfully female leaders) had to get up close to us as we slept to spray us so we had coloured hair streaks in the morning. Imagine a TIM leader going around girls' bedroom at night getting that close to each girl. Thinking about it now it was a violation spraying out hair back then! (1990s)... let alone allowing a man in now  to 'supervise'.
oh yeah, we do at times have to go into the rooms especially if someone is upset or poorly! But I always knock and say "it's xxxxx Owl, do you all have a top and bottom on as I need to come in?" Absolutely roles involving overnight care of girls should be women.
Men are valued helpers and provide many support/auxiliary services and support - but they cannot and should not be full warranted adult leaders.

I've had to support girls in tears who've come on their period on a water sports weekend, or who have their first one at a guiding event , and even up to guides age you still can get things like bed wetting and whilst you would support the child to wash and change themselves (ie send them off to use the individual bathroom/disabled shower and given them a bag to put all their wet stuff in for you their loving leader to rinse out and give back to mum discreetly at the end) it's still horribly embarrassing for them and they need a female caregiver

Shabana Mahmood has abolished non-crime hate incidents (NCHIs) after criticism that they were diverting officers into “policing tweets rather than the streets”.

The Home Secretary has introduced new laws revoking the statutory code that dictates how police should investigate and record NCHIs.

Ministers have accepted police chiefs’ conclusions, in a review led by the College of Policing, that the current system was “not fit for purpose” and had undermined freedom of speech and diverted officers from fighting crime.

Next week, the College of Policing and National Police Chiefs’ Council will unveil a new “common sense” system to replace NCHIs, designed to ensure officers only investigate and record incidents relevant to their “core duties” of preventing and solving crime.

I’ve had this a few times and usually get rid of it by deleting my history before logging in again or clearing cookies in settings. This might also be useful

Thank God for that!

To the girl guiding changes. For me the worry was largely about the adults involved in pushing the trans kids exist and trans women are women narrative. I worried that AGPs would try to be leaders for their own thrills. I worried about the little boys being transed and signed up who now are facing rejection in a way they will only see as (and be told is) personally unfair and hurtful. I worried about the TRAs who joined or signed up their kid only with the purpose of proving a point. Mostly I worried about the girls themselves- not having a safe single sex group to enjoy, being forced to “be kind” and accommodating to men’s wishes because that’s how girls should be 🙄, getting indoctrinated to become allies handmaidens, and now being held up to public scrutiny in ways that have almost broken adult women never mind little girls/young women. Now reading comments here I realise I had forgotten to worry also about the leaders (who are volunteers mind!) being put in such an invidious position. Worry, stress, hurt, gaslighting- business as usual for this troublesome, misogynistic, very vocal minority. I might add also that I’ve been so disappointed when I’ve looked at reactions to posts and seen the majority of the angry and sad emojis are from biological women! I do get suspicious (from my own bias admittedly) that some of the men reacting and commenting favourably are of the “we hate woke liberals and gays” variety, which reflects badly on us TERFs and lumps us in with these homophobic attitudes. I’ll stop there because my post is very long, but anyway, that’s my thoughts on it! Edited to add 4 words!

You know what, I had to leave the school choir aged 11 because I can't bleeping sing.
Yeah, I was hurt but that's life. These so-called trans kids (and their parents) need to get some resilience because you're not going to get everything you want all the time.
Brilliant 😂👍💛

That psycho bloke who stalked the doctor who he asked to cut off his fool is being held in a women’s prison

Wow that man is seriously deranged but has still been put in a women's prison 😡
He should be locked up in a mental hospital.
Julie is an excellent writer 👏
