'Get Connie Shaw off OUR Campus!'

When will they learn it isn't 'THEIR' Campus. It is the Campus that is owned by the UCL.

The usual 'no debate' on the subject. So why do they think they are entitled to their opinion when they don't allow others the same.

Plus the protest also decends into the utter ridiculousness of 'Palestine Trans Rights'. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

What I also find disturbing is the UCL 'self expression fund' - a University sponsored fund that has paid for things such as chest binders.

This is the Tribunal Tweets thread on Faye Russell-Caldicott's employment tribunal against NHS England. It was a short tribunal - finished yesterday. I would recommend reading it all if you can - especially the two NHS witnesses (start from Tues afternoon). I was going to say that the evidence from the NHS is unbelievable but then I remembered that we have seen all sorts of madness from employers now.

Faye is anonymous so I found some of her evidence confusing in trying to establish her role and from that her work patterns, but that's not that important. The issue is that the NHS office in Leeds started to allow a TIM to use the female facilities in the office. Faye complained to no avail. In the end, she resorted to using the gender-neutral toilet which may be the disabled toilet as well - again I'm not entirely sure. There was a lot of confusion about the floorplans - NHSE initially provided the wrong one. Faye also liked to use the gym facilities which I think were in a next door building but were wholly managed by the NHS. The women's shower room has a communal shower with no separate individual cubicles - not even curtains.

The NHS barrister was the same one who represented Darlington NHS. I thought he was more aggressive with Faye than I remembered him being in the Darlington case but I may be misremembering. And also, he had even less to work with than he did in the Darlington case. For example, NHSE still hasn't changed it's policy as they 'are waiting for the guidance' and 'it's complex'.

A few days before the Tribunal started, NHSE conceded that their actions constituted a disadvantage to women, Muslim women and also the disability claim (Faye has PTSD). So the remaining issues were essentially that they didn't agree that Faye was disadvantaged or that their actions were proportionate to achieve a legitimate aim and also the two harassment claims.

The NHSE's evidence was infuriating. There was no impact assessment prior to introducing the policy to allow men to use female facilities; they didn't think to consult with any of the female staff; they followed Stonewall's advice as well as another organisation called GIRES (Gender Identity Research and Education Society'; they haven't changed their policy after the SC ruling because 'they've been busy' and 'it's complex'.

They think that the SC ruling causes confusion regarding the interpretation of the EA regarding trans rights. They are concerned that they might be sued by a TIM if they follow the SC ruling - which is nonsense. They clearly don't understand that the SC ruling was 100% relating to the EA and in any event the provision of facilities in workplaces is governed by the Workplace Regs.

Their continuing lack of regard for women's rights is breath-taking. The idea that women should expect to share a communal shower with a biological man didn't even give them pause for thought. Their submissions in the end amounted to 'everyone else has the same policy'; 'it wasn't/isn't our fault - Stonewall told us what to do'; and the risible 'no-one should be punished because we were all wrong'. Naomi's submissions were great - it's easy when the law and common sense are on your side.

I found the whole tribunal depressing because it just emphasises how big a battle we still have to fight the Unions, the whole public sector and much of the private sector. And I honestly don't have the words to describe my anger and contempt for Bridget Philipson and the rest of this Labour government. What the hell is Philipson waiting for now? These cases shouldn't, and wouldn't be happening if the Guidance was published and all government ministers told their departments to follow the law.

Sorry for the essay - I hadn't meant for this to be so long!

ETA: Faye is still short of her target - it would be great if people could donate a little if you can. Just google her name for the crowd funder.

Even the King's Trust charity would rather cancel an event for girls if they can't include boys.
“King’s Trust said it had taken the decision to withdraw the course while it evaluates its programmes in light of the Supreme Court ruling.”
Why does it need to ‘evaluate its programmes’? Surely the SC ruling has made it dead easy for them to clarify the course is for females. Pathetic cowardice 😡

Think this sums up TIM perfectly.
100%

They don't want to be us in the gender pay gap, they don't want to be us when it comes to athletic capabilities, they don't want to be us in a dystopian apocalypse where it's everyone for themselves to survive. They want to be us to fulfil their sick porn addled fantasies and for attention and praise.

Another day, another BBC article featuring a man who says he’s a woman and going along with it.

Also found this on him. He looks so friendly!

Fuck me, he looks terrifying. My heckles went up as soon as I saw his photo. And I see the BBC have found a way to circumvent the ‘biological man who identifies as a woman’ line when the story is not trans-related, so they just casually use ‘woman’ as if none of us can see the truth. Gaslighting bastards.

I think he is a criminal. He went out of his way to use a communal nurses changing room. He’s a fucking pervert.
Exactly, there was a doctor's changing room that he should automatically have been using. He deliberately selected the nurses room because he saw nurses as lower class and easier to dominate. He is a sexist, classist munter.

That thing that never happens? It’s happened again...
I thought courts were meant to be about truth and fact? A man commits a very male crime, one that is viewed with disgust by any normal person, yet the court indulges his fetish by using female pronouns? ( I noticed that The Courier only uses his surname).
These are not women’s crimes. However much these bloody creepy weird men may claim to feel or “identify“ as women they can’t help themselves but behave like the very worst types of men.
They so often seem to be political activists too. All very “out there” hardly delicate little dollies than need to be protected.

And the walls come tumbling down 😂😂😂😂 common sense at last
Another big organisation that has finally come to common sense on the issue.

No doubt Trans and their allies will now be going after the Olympic committee too.

When will other organisations finally come to their senses and understand that pandering to a vocal, aggressive, tiny minority element, does them no favours in the longer term.

New York! New York! It WAS a wonderful town!

ETA: "Iran (a Shia Muslim country) is one of the global leaders in gender-affirming surgeries, ranking second only to Thailand. The reason? Homosexuality is a crime in Islam, so effeminate boys who would otherwise grow up gay are pressured to undergo gender transition to become socially acceptable. In his first month as mayor, Mamdani financed gender-affirming care for children. Mamdani is a Shia Muslim. This is a crime and a violation of gay rights. What you are witnessing are policies aligned with Islam, not progress."

Wow this is great! Although part of me would have liked to have seen just now many people actually consider themselves trans/NB.

I bet many of them will lie on this though, Himdia Withawilly for example.

Why is earth does ITV news have transwoman popping up on generic news stories???

Last year was that fecking weirdo talking about the cost of living and who was subsequently photoed "breast" feeding a baby.

Today, they've got a story about the cost of heating oil and 'charlotte' is telling how much it's increased!!!

If transpeople are so rare how come ITV news keep finding them???

the Dad has a blog.
Of course he does 🤢. All this handwringing about keeping boys out of girl guiding. Bloody hell, they’ve only had this bizarre ‘trans inclusive’ policy since 2017, compared to 107 years as a girls-only organisation. Less than ten years of infiltration and the whole premise of the organisation is turned on its head due to a regressive ideology.

I wonder what the young girls who attended the 1909 Boy Scout rally at Crystal Palace demanding something just for them would have made of it.

Another porn addled pervert. Looks like a creep and thinks like a creep. The more of this vile stuff they come out with, the more I detest them.

Edit to add a picture of the gorgeous, feminine Kirsti 🤮🤮🤮. Think Krusti would be more apt.

I’ve genuinely lost count how many times I’ve seen AGP p*edos write lascivious descriptions of girls undergoing “genital checks” just to compete in sport. This one though? The most detailed and p*edophilic I’ve seen yet.

Always telling on themselves and their obsession with sissy porn.
