I've mentioned on here how I had a TiM removed from the Female changing room and it was his behaviour in there that made me take a stand. The 1st time he was in there, it was just he and I and I don't change in there, I just leave my stuff in a locker but the 2nd time my friend was in there too and in a state of undress and his behaviour was completely different. He kept going back to the locker and checking he had emptied it, then he sat on the bench and went through his bag, then he went to the door but came back and rechecked his bag. I can imagine when people try to explain this it does seem innocent but when you see them faffing around it's obvious that it is intentional.

Ah but are you sure this isn’t just a symptom of the fact that because you were in the presence of a biological male you were already anxious and concerned about his presence and therefore you likely interpreted his behaviours adversely? And your perception was likely to be wrong?

FFS this part of the judgment still makes me mad. That it’s less likely he was perving at them because he said he’s a woman and it’s the women who are mistaken.

It's simply impossible to tell which of that pair is male and which is female. There are no obvious physical indicators whatsoever.
