My family are from the estate she’s from and I can tell you when their accents are compared to Gemma’s my family sound like they’ve had elocution lessons.

Gemma Bond definitely tries to speak a little more posh, she claims people have asked her why she speaks with a posh accent
She is from Newtownabbey and went to Belfast High, she talks like many people I know, I wouldn’t class that as posh at all!
I like the fact that Gemma Garrett has a Belfast accent, Rebecca is the same as she hasn’t tried to change how she speaks and why should she!
