Influencers being paid to advertise Test, trace and isolate or advertise the need to wear masks is a valid use of money - there’s a certain demographic they can reach through social media who are hard to reach through traditional channels and print media.
That’s completely different from claiming someone has been paid £70k to lie about loved ones having COVID. That’s so ludicrous, I don’t know where to start. Who exactly is paying it? What’s the purpose of paying it? I’m very suspicious of Gemma’s claims about her parents’ illnesses but that’s because I think she’d be likely to use it as self-promotion rather than because I believe she’s been paid to lie.

Gemma is very insecure, the GC is all a front, she is incredibly damaged and Arg feeds off of it (pun intended) and uses it against her. He is so manipulative! I am always on the fence with Gemma. Can't stand the GC, she definitely believes her own hype but then when she talks about family & wanting the husband & 2.4 children I do wish she'd get that (not with Arg!!! He's a twat).

I suspect that the GC persona is actually the real Gemma Collins and she just uses it as a get out clause for her awful behaviour. She would sell her nana to look like the rest of the Towie girls, it’s clear she has deep seated insecurities about the way she looks because although she is approaching her 40s (or is she in her 40s already?) she seems to be stuck in a lifestyle and dress sense that neither suits her or benefits her.

if she wasn’t overweight she wouldn’t get a pass for her behaviour, she isn’t a confident plus sized woman or even one that highlights the positives of plus sized fashion, forever bleating on about her curves whilst endorsing fat injections and photo shopping her pics to appear slimmer.

She could clearly do better than Arg but I suspect that she wouldn’t give a half decent bloke a chance unless they met her very towie specific and superficial criteria, all things she has moaned about being judged negatively on herself.

I think that's a good move on his part but I'm a little surprised, he seemed pretty gung-ho up to now. This clarity of thought is odd. Someone mentioned they knew him from working in a shop and they thought this persona on Instagram was just that and that he was relatively normal. Perhaps he's had a payout to shut up.

Cannot stand this poor excuse of a woman! 39 years old and living in the grounds of her brothers house with no husband, no kids and nothing to her name. Arg the man child needs to stay away from her even though he’s a full on prick he was right when he told her she’s a fat joke and people don’t laugh with her they laugh at her. She’s never been held accountable for any of her actions in life - she’s admitted several times that if she needs anything she always rings her dad - we’ve also seen it on the show. She promotes everything she can about being curvy and all the clothes she sells for larger women yet has been trying to get thin any way she can for years! The way she speaks to people is disgusting and to think that is acceptable is exactly why she is on her own! She really needs bringing down a peg or two. In my opinion the only genuine Gemma we see is when she is with her nephews! She is longing for what her brother has with his loving wife and children and his property but she’s vile, nasty and rude which is a huge repellent for anyone! Good luck to her and Arg and any baby Klumps they may have but take her off the tele immediately someone please!!!!!!!

The way that I’ve heard she speaks to people behind the scenes on tv shows (i have first hand stories about the hideous way she spoke to people on Dancing On Ice, just for one example) is absolutely disgusting. She is vile and sadly it’s not just put on for the cameras and the worst of it goes on behind the scenes. I have no idea why people keep giving her tv air time

Gemmas mum going shopping in London in the middle of a pandemic. But she was frightened of gemms being eaten by an animal behind bars in a zoo. Surely if her mum gets worried easily, london shopping is the worst thing to be doing?! Maybe her mum is in on it, as I think she is into conspisory theories.

The doctor/photograpgher/teacher/volunteer. The hours junior doctors work are insane, no way would they be able to do another job.
