Think I will be messaging Gary to see how he does it. Had to sign on to the job centre and as I suffer with pains in mylegs meaning I can only do certain jobs where I won’t be standing I’m being left out to dry. Yet people like Gary and those with no intention of working get everything

How depressing and his parents must hear him at that hour. I’ve seen the house. It’s a terraced house. Sound will travel at 2:30am

when I was depressed the only thing that helped was getting up out of the bed in the morning at a reasonable time. I had to coax and drag myself out some mornings but staying in it all morning and then up all night - terrible for my mental health.

Same. You have to gradually pull yourself out of it and number 1 is get out of bed. Number 2 make the bed. A small step each day.

If I have days where I cave to it and stay in and eat crap I feel awful and makes depression worse.

Love Kyle - yes, he’s very attractive, but also seems normal and humble. I’m sure Adam is wondering where he’s gone wrong in life, to end up being stuck with grandpa Joe draining his pockets, instead of having a mutual healthy balanced relationship with someone in the real world like Kyle. Someone who can contribute more than an unfunny motto like an adult conversation or going as far as paying for their own snacks. Shocking.

I've written before that I find it very hard to believe he has not been reported. Having worked there I would bet good money that he's been reported more than once by viewers/tattlers. I am not 100% convinced that he is getting benefits, if he is he will have doctor's reports etc because he's not on jobseekers with the way they hound people these days. If he is getting a disability payment it's very low. You're talking less than £300 a month, even if he saved every penny it wouldn't cover the merch alone. His family gives him spending money. I think the 'Gary cam' (sickening, the fact that Adam edits those in makes my skin crawl) is evidence that Adam pays for the trips and Gary comes along and provides Adam with the views.

I've had anxiety in the past and I found mental health services really hard to access in the UK. In the end, I went private as I had health insurance through my job but still struggled to find someone to see me regularly with most being based in London. Before going private I was waiting for ages, had no control over the frequency of appointments or who I saw. What I did find was GPs who throw doctor's certs and tablets at you. Mable912 makes several good points in her posts and I think it's easy to fall into that trap and not get out if you don't really advocate for yourself and if you were able to advocate for yourself and get the help you needed you'd already have had the breakthrough and wouldn't need the help, it's so frustrating.

That's what's so odd/disturbing about many of the one's who do this and nothing else. They never, ever mention future life plans, things they did between trips. It's always next Disney trip, last Disney trip and that trip to Costa where we talked about Disney and put stickers in our Disney store planners.

Their 1 task in a whole day is probably - check Virgin upgrade prices.

I find it really weird that there's radio silence when Adam and Gary aren't on Disney trips. What must they do day-to-day?

Ive said earlier in posts that I agree with benefits and hell even increasing them for GENUINE people as they are so low in value but this clown is in first class!!! Also claiming to have social anxiety! My arse!!!

Im getting treated for anxiety and im working full time, at college and have children!! There are days that I dread the school run and am outside the gates ten mins before opening to avoid crowds. I don’t go to bars and shops etc. gary - get your lazy arse into employment or give something back and volunteer - twat

I totally agree. Adam seems a little more in-tune and business minded and there’s just apparent exploitation going on in his and Gary’s friendship (or business-ship as I call it)

You can tell Adam was brought up in privilege by the way he loves to brag about his travels, Disney trips to FL as a kid, him living with his parents until recently which allowed him to travel so much.

Being a business owner myself and being surrounded by business minded people (and how they’re so quick to take advantage of any sort of opportunity to gain traction in their business) it’s plain to see that Adam is milking Gary as a “sidekick comedic character” in his vlogs. I just really hope Gary is playing it smart and locking in some sort of compensation deal for adding to Adam’s content.

I just came from the Victoria/Disney in Detail thread. I've been watching Adam and Victoria's vlogs since I'm going to Disney soon. I think I like Adam okay, but Gary is just too much. To be honest, I'm surprised these two are friends. They seem like they would be constantly fighting for the spotlight.

They are business friends
Adam needs Gary C for his vlogs because his solo videos don't get as many views.... so he pays for Gary to travel with him and in return Gary gets free holidays!
So a transactional friendship!

I think time is somewhat altered for people who go so often. Even as a viewer you tend to ignore months/seasons/years and think “2 trips ago” “sometime after the cruise but before the AK stay” They measure life in Disney trips too which is why I think Victoria hasn’t yet realised how long she’s been in the spare room and collapsed with the fright of what her life has become. Same with Gary. They have the same number of hours in their day as Presidents and Nobel prize winners with zero commitments and yet they can’t control one simple thing like exercising for 30 minutes or uploading consistently. A walk every day cure most of his physical problems and really help with mental problems….maybe that’s why he won’t do it…What do they say? Change begins at the end of your comfort zone? Think that’s it and applies to the sad bubble a little of these grown people are in running back to Orlando to do the same things over and over.

Bit speechless on that video. It doesn't paint him in a good light. It's sad, pitiful and clearly he has always liked to be a victim. He also comes across as a bit predatory at times

He is like the Norma Desmond of youtube, except she was at least big at one time. He has severe delusions of granduer and what constitutes being busy. But I truly believe he believes it all.

I suspect he has fed his parents sob stories to keep them supporting him.

Living with Gary for 3 days and documenting it. Not much has changed in 10 years except the complete absence of Disney merch. Weird that he didn’t get into WDW until his mid-30s?

I know what anxiety is like, I’ve been through all of this. But he must realise his life choices and having ‘anxiety’ as his personality just digs his hole deeper. He says it’s social anxiety specifically but his constant need for attention/performing, taking himself to Sylvia Young stage school as a kid and constant emphasis on his friends doesn’t align typically. Having therapy fortnightly tells me he is not seen as a serious case, but hey what do I know?

I cringed when he made his mum help him put on red face paint. I don’t understand why he couldn’t do it himself. You could tell she was disappointed by it all.
