I don’t understand them, strangest separation I’ve ever known. I get staying amicable for the children, but still acting like a married couple is weird and at some point will become confusing for the children as they get older.
Unless they’ve got back together on the quiet…
I actually can’t see them getting back together. I feel like not tagging him in her grid post where she always has before seems odd. She also liked a post that came up on my explore page along the lines of “if you don’t make an effort with your children, then you’ll miss out and it’s on you”. Both sides of the family seem to make effort (her mum, his mum, talisa, etc) so it seemed more aimed at Ashley and made me wonder if the split was because he was still behaving like he didn’t have children
I’ve said all along that Ashley can’t afford to divorce. She’d be entitled to at least 50% and as most his assets are tied up in his house (which looks like it needs updating from what Fran posts) and in diversity. He’d have to sell/liquidity assets to pay her 50% plus ongoing child maintenance - I think diversity have a shelf life so I can’t see his income going up exponentially in the future- he’s probably peaked now. She clearly still loves him because of it were me I’d get a shithot lawyer, take the money and buy myself a nice house outright - she could make a decent living as an influencer.
I think this will be the end of diversity once the upcoming tour has been complete. They’ll concentrate on the teaching side of dance at their studio. I think Jordan and Perri will do alright for money/work after diversity. But other than the judging the odd talent show I can’t see what else Ashley can do. I doubt the rest of the members make much money.

I posted something similar a few weeks agoI reckon Ashley will make his living from choreography. He’s obviously trying to get into theatre, but not convinced it will work for him long-term, certainly not on the stage anyway - maybe behind the scenes. Plus TV stuff when he can get it. He’s a genuine talent, creatively, and has plenty of contacts. He won’t go hungry.
Also bizarre that she’s constantly using her car as her office? Didn’t she have an office at the studios? Maybe she doesn’t live close to the studios idk but seems a bit odd that she’s doing all that work in her car 
I think she lives a pretty charmed life still considering they are separated, pilates, personal trainer, those sweat treatment things...lots of child free time

The kids school and activities are all about 20 miles from the diversity offices at the new studio. Where was the video?! She’s rumoured to be doing the Real Full Monty, which is Ashley’s annual project. Could be linked? They’re also a pic of her in what I think is the Diversity studio / converted church, with a caption about a secret filming project.
If they are together, I can’t see it lasting long. She seems to have short relationships to benefit her career / public profile.

Is Ashley ever around for his kids!?? She seems to have them all the time! She does everything. The party's, the holidays, the days out etc and he's no where to be seen at all. The kids will notice!
I thought that too so sad he never seems to spend any time with them or at least isn’t pictured with them, yes he works but so do many other dads and they still make time for there kids!
