Was needed for Lando's pace. But it also means that now Lando has put a gap between him and Daniel, they can double stack when putting on slicks if they want to change at the same time. Before there wasn't the gap for Lando to double stack behind Daniel.

So gutted for George, any time he gets close to points it just seems to end in disaster
i think maybe bottas lost grip and went right and george overreacted to the shift, caught the grass and crashed.

It's such a horrific crash, but the camera angles we've seen so far, it's hard to say, fairly 50/50, might just be fairest to say it was a horrible racing incident
