As much as I will stand on my podium and endlessly wax lyrical about Lando Norris, who I love and adore more than any F1 driver ever. He is the cutest, most adorable guy ever, but I'm also not totally ignorant to the fact that George Russell is a better driver than him and more likely to win titles. But my heart belongs to Lando Norris.

Sadly I think Haas will look the other way as let’s face it Daddy is propping the team up. Would love to see Lando on the podium tomorrow. Hopefully Hamilton/Bottas/Verstappen can have a nice crash and take themselves out. Albon will do an Albon and bottle it. Lando wins, Sainz gets a podium so they can have one last special moment together. And like Gasly can get third.

Well, I can live with hopeless optimism.

Hamilton definitely isn't 100%. Hopefully allows Lando to get podium. Just imagine the scenes if Mercedes decided to not pay Hamilton the £40m he wants and signed Russell.

If Perez can get the sponsorship, I would guess he would be in. Also, if Haas wants cheaper engines, he might ask for Mick Schumacher......


I understand Russell is being kept in reserve for when Hamilton retires.....

Perez already has the sponsorship, has always come with Mexican money, $20m+.

I totally see that Russell is Hamilton's spiritual replacement, but surely you'd get him in the team sooner rather than later to bed in. Especially to be ready for 2022 new regs. Bottas has shown himself to be unable to compete against Hamilton properly over a season and is just a compliant No.2 he's safe, so I get it. But I don't like it. Ferrari, Red Bull even McLaren have put faith in their juniors and are reaping the rewards, Mercedes are just too safe.

George hits very different for me with all his shirtless pictures as well. Like George is so hot, but I also think he kind of looks like a young Mr Bean sometimes.

The Mercedes car feels like it's where he belongs. And he does suit Mercedes overalls as well.

agree! i try not to fancy them too much because my dream is to work with one of the drivers as their personal trainer so i can’t imagine fancying them is a smart move (especially when i have a boyfriend i very much love) ahahahaha

Yean it’s ridiculous, using it for 30+ laps undoubtedly saves time, and we all know that time needed in F1 to make a difference is tenths of a second...

Why do they have ambiguous track limits enforced by men at desks? Why aren’t they connected to sensors or something that beeps if you’re at the limit? The ambiguity isn’t fair for anyone involved

I saw something on Twitter today about Max demanding Nico joins Red Bull. I know that RB are desperate to keep Max but how much of a say would he have?

Im sure him and his dad have some sort of veto on teammates.

But I would be surprised if Max wants Hulk to join the team, he would be a lot closer to Max, but then again, Nico has a good reputation and by beating him Max would increase his stock value...
