Apparently Raikkonen is a very funny guy in small groups, but gets bored with all the PR stuff he has to do. He describes a lot of the new circuits and Monaco as 'shit'. I don't think any other driver does that!

Shame about Tsunoda not getting into Q3, that Alpha Tauri looks to have potential though. Gasly is on it. Sainz is doing his best to give Leclerc a spanking. Lando and Ricciardo showing the McLaren is solid too. Should be a good season.

Christian Horner is going to be the smuggest twat ever. And he is already a smug twat.

Pretty disappointed but he has not looked good in testing and this weekend. Gotta give him time but is he allowed time?
Sainz I am really interested to how he goes as the 2nd Ferrari driver. Golden boy is still number 1. But if Sainz does well could be interesting.

I listened on the radio and have noticed they do tend to pick up more than on tv. They talked about Mick having a good race, but I ended up gardening as tomorrow is a wash out here and it’s seemed pretty conclusive what the top 3 would be.
I do feel sorry for Max, twice he’s been penalised for track limits. I get they have to do it but get the gravel back then it’s stay on track or be beached!

I'm so excited for tomorrow. McLaren unveiling the MCL35M.

The season is getting closer. It's only the car, but it always makes me feel ready for the season when the covers start coming off the cars.

Really excited for the Aston Martin livery as well.

Pierre Gasly has remained for Alpha Tauri for next season. I have a lot of time for him! He’s made great progress this year and the win was wonderful to watch.

Looking forward to Imola this weekend!

Gasly has definitely rebuilt himself brilliantly from the awful experience at Red Bull. Not his fault that went wrong. I think when you see the number of drivers ruined by the Red Bull programme, and recently by being let down as No. 2 to Verstappen being given cars designed entirely to suit Max's style not the other driver. They are all on a hiding to nothing. Pierre seems like a genuinely decent guy, deserved his win even if I was rooting for Carlos as a McLaren fan. Likely to be partnering Yuki Tsunoda for next year.

And I'm really obsessed with Pierre's eyes!

So I am going to be in the minority being a Lewis fan, but don’t you think he has earned the right to be the number one driver at Mercedes? In my mind, it is no different from Max at Red Bull as they have clearly built the team around him and he (Max) has seen three number two drivers come and go.
I don’t think Bottas is consistent / has made some mistakes although I do not agree with idiots sending him abusive messages. When Bottas came into the team, Lewis had already won 2 titles with Mercedes so it was going to be hard for him to become the no 1 driver ahead of Lewis.
I also think Toto is very shrewd and knew the “wingman” comment would rile Bottas and push him to be more aggressive on the track.

Yes he has earned the right to be No.1 driver, and Mercedes would not be wrong to say that he was their no.1 driver. It's just pointless bollocks by Toto to keep up the charade of equal drivers.

Glad to hear George Russell has been officially reconfirmed for Williams next year. He didn't deserve to lose his seat.

Am looking forward to this two-day format at Imola. Any big accident this morning will surely put said driver out of qualifying of a big rebuild is needed. Drivers have nearly no experience of the track, it's gonna be exciting I hope.

me too, it was also nice to hear that alonso has said george is the one to watch in the future. that must mean a lot to him.

What did his girlfriend do?

She complained to the Finnish Press that Mercedes screwed up his ride height in one race last year, which apparently raised some eyebrows, because WAGs ratting this sort of thing out to the press is rather uncommon.

As for the other one: I think she posted a Instagram story last summer of Bottas doing a BBQ and added a #NoVegan (Lewis is vegan) hashtag. Could be coincidence of course, though.

I've re watched both seasons of Drive to Survive in prep for season 3. It looks so good, glad Lando is in it this year.
