The FIA issued a TD after all the Baku bouncing moaners.

technical directive to reduce porpoising on safety grounds. Includes “the definition of a metric, based on the car’s vertical acceleration, that will give a quantitative limit for acceptable level of vertical oscillations” #F1 #CanadianGP"

new porpoising limits will be set before FP3. If a team can't supply a setup deemed to be safe, they have to raise ride by 10mm. Cars will be disqualified if still above the limits.

Can only be good news for Red Bull and Max with Ferrari bouncing all over the place, they'll have to lose some performance by raising the car.

And it's good to see Mercedes' season long politicking campaign for suspension changes fail 😆

Lack of tyre warm up apparently as the track dried. I was willing Seb on for a good result though so very disappointing. Still a second ahead of Stroll who SkyF1 harp on about being a wet weather expert

Has anyone seen the rumours about a very heated argument between Toto and Mattia yesterday? Horner was present along with the Netflix cameras. Can’t wait to see if so!

I did see on the build up to quali when Martin was interviewing Toto that there was some suggestion that the meeting had been quite heated, but they didn't mention in what sense.

Hoping no groundhogs are hurt today!

i wish they had cameras in these meetings, and the driver meetings, all the time tbh! the brief glimpses we’ve had aren’t enough!
