I mean, they tape up the brakes and stuff. So I suppose if the wing is still properly attached to the car, but just snapped in the middle. Is it a danger? Maybe not.I can only guess its allowed

Poor Lewis - he looks like he's in agony!
Feel so bad for him, he’s going to have some serious issues if they don’t sort it out!
If they don't get this sorted, Lewis is heading out of F1 just for the sake of his back.
I feel like Lewis was over-egging that. Knowing that Mercedes want the FIA to bring in a rule change that helps them but hinders other teams who don’t have the same issue. He knows the cameras are on him and that Toto was doing his bit to whip up concern over his back.
A bit like his “Bono these tyres are done” radio messages which always seem to come one lap before he sets a purple.
George is taller so in theory should struggle more but was fine. I think it does hurt (no doubt) but Lewis is doing a bit of PR spin too.

I'm kinda abit over Lewis this season George is out performing him, he's back to how he was when he had those drought years between 2008 and 2014. I think he really does want wdc 8 but Mercedes are no where near that right now
Lewis is 37 though, he’s not super old but definitely at that point we all get to where everything is just that bit more achy. It’s pretty reasonable to expect after such a long career these things will niggle at him more. To be fair Danny Ric and others have all been saying the same thing too.
George has ridden a Golden Horseshoe for a few weeks now, he’s kind of been in no man’s land- just have been pretty boring for him! Will be great to see him challenged a little more for the rest of the season.
Gutted for Zhou- he was onto a nice little race there. I wonder if Ferrari packed off early to avoid Gunther and Fred
