Twitter just reminded me of George saying post-Imola crash that a P9 for Valterri is "nothing", my how the tables have turned.

Felt like this is the only place I could share this, but last night I have a dream where I cheated on Danny Ric with George Russell. Ahahaha! Happily shacked up with my lovely BF but in last nights dream, DR was my boyfriend 🤷🏻😂

It’s here. The final race of the season - Lewis v Max. Mercedes v Red Bull. The decider in the desert.
It’s the last Mercedes race for Bottas, and George for Williams. We will be saying goodbye to Kimi and Antonio.

* The poll doesn’t include Channel 4 or hosts such as Simon Lazenby, Natalie Pinkham or Rachel Brookes (there were not enough options). Everyone gets two votes.

Nothing to suggest he has dual citizenship. He's damned either way in this situ but all the stuff he did before (Punching Ilott, attacking Tsunoda with a P2 sign, laughing at rascism against Tsunoda let alone the groping incident) means he's trash to me.

As with anything Max-related far too much Jos for my liking. They always manage to gloss over his abuse as a funny little aside in Max's upbringing.

How rotten of that little toad Horner to bring up mental health as an argument in Masi's defense, as if he didn't spend the whole year berating him, Mercedes, Lewis, F1 fans, and then pulls the mental health card. Nope.

I only finished it yesterday. Did we really need two episodes for George? No we didn’t and I agree he came across badly, I’ve gone off him quite a bit now.

We all know the best bit of the whole season was this View attachment 1163358
I just want drive to survive ten episodes of Haas next year
Guenther is the star of the show. What is there to dislike about the Aldi photoshoot? Absolutely nothing!!

He also gave us that incredible rant (you know the one - when he went off on Grosjean and K-Mag). Priceless 😂

What do we think of the rumours of Hamilton retiring? Still no posts from him or confirmation for next year that I can see
Think it’s unlikely now
Seen a lot of posts surrounding it which suggest that he’s not going to retire (unlike initial speculations)
Can imagine initially he would’ve been very frustrated in what happened and lost a bit of faith in the sport but ultimately I think he will return (and I imagine he could have more fighting spirit to try and get another title)

Morning! I literally have no words for the absolutely farce that is Michael Masi. He simply has to go. It was simply heartbreaking to watch Lewis lose his title in those circumstances. He was so gracious in defeat. Is this setting a precedent for next year? On the one hand Masi talks about safety but then he didn’t allow the safety car to follow normal procedure. Charlie was so missed all season but especially yesterday.
I also don’t understand yet again Masi’s decision making. Why no overtaking of the safety car in lap 56 and then deciding it was ok for the final lap. Why wasn’t Carlos allowed the opportunity to try and fight for win?
I don’t agree with the team principals being able to speak to the race director because you don’t get that in any other sport so why suddenly in F1? These mixed radio messages are not helping F1 and the inconsistent decision making.
I was also really disgusted by Christian Horner “thanking” Nicholas Latifi and the safety car. Why would you thank a driver having an accident?
Anyway, that’s my two pennies worth.
I agree with all of you. I think what we all witnessed was actually a badly handled PR exercise. There's a lot of press about F1 today and normally you wouldn't see this kind of post-race reaction, even at the end of a season. I think Lando was quoted as saying something like it was set up for the TV and I think unfortunately he's right. Normally this stuff is more subtle, but yesterday it just looked so overtly contrived.

I pop in and out of the WAG thread, but mostly out cos I can't keep up. It all seems a bit OTT for me.

Just asked about the DR beef and someone has replied it's because he's hiding his relationship with Heidi. Does it matter?
Was the same with Lando and his (now confirmed) gf.

(I often wonder on the really active threads if the posters have jobs 🤣)

I think it is utterly crazy. Does anyone remember the article posted about mechanics and their mental health with the present schedule? 30 races is completely ridic. And as much as it is nice to have races in Africa etc, more time zones in the mix. As it is F1 jumps to different continents so I could see them go from Africa to Europe and then the US.

Still making it through DTS, but I never taken to Lando Norris and I highly doubt that's gonna change. He's a bit of a twat, isn't he.
Yeah I’ve never taken to him. He’s cut a lot of slack for being young and immature which is fine but then isn’t accounted for when you consider pretty much half the grid are around his age (Yuki 21, Mick 22, Lance 23, Max 24 etc)

Thoughts on season 4? I’m pretty nonplussed about it. Felt like lots of teams and moments were overlooked (Seb, Nandi, Kimi, Checo’s Mexico podium, Lando in spa, Baku)

Also George was pretty marmite. Loved Yuki and the fact that he’s so sweary because he’s learnt English from the mechanics 😂
