We’ve got a power cut now - thank god it’s after the race otherwise I would have had a heart attack!
Some humour from him for a chance. Does waffle on a bitTed giving zero ducks about shading red bull
Saying that they are probably going to hire out Monza tomorrow and get Albon to recreate the racing line![]()
Ok I am a Lewis fan and think it’s completely justified. It happened in the first lap at Silverstone whereas this happened on the 26th Lap. Lewis had already been squeezed out on the first lap. Max could have gone on the chicane but chose to still push. Why does every driver have to give Max leeway all the time. If the FIA hadn’t applied a more serious penalty,it would have happened again. Today Lewis was lucky. The wheel landed on his helmet.McLaren fan so this is a genuine question - does anyone know why this was a grid penalty and Silverstone was a 5second stop go? I know race is over, but the impact of those two penalties is pretty different?
I know poor SebLoved the podium. Zero complaints.
But *honestly* Seb got hit more than any kerb today.
I know he has incidents sometimes... But none of those were his fault today![]()
I *want* to like Lance but he makes it so difficult sometimesI know poor Seb. Stroll needs to stop being a douche.
yeah this is my thing. Not trying to contend Max’s fault Vs racing incident etc, there’ll always be conflicting views there. But both incidents were about space not being left and resulting in a crash and both incidents had a driver at fault. At silverstone, the penalty meant the driver ‘at fault’ still won the race when the other was taken out. This incident massively penalises the driver ‘at fault’, way more so than Silverstone. Just doesn’t seem consistentPlaying devils advocate..
The argument in Silverstone was that stewards should be judging the incident and not the outcome. Seeing Max's car on Lewis' head wasn't nice same as it was horrible seeing max hot the wall at that speed. Both times it was shoulda coulda woulda. Both a case of not yielding rather than deliberate I reckon. Think Max' penalty was much harsher than what Lewis got in Silverstone.
Max expect people to give him space everytime. They won’t and he needs to learn that.I know poor Seb. Stroll needs to stop being a douche.
I know everyone was saying racing incident but Max went far too hard for the position he needs to calm it down I agree with the penalty
I think if max had have been able to continue it would have been a stop and go. You can’t place a stop and go for during the next race as it wouldn’t make sense. Russia isn’t a good red bull track so they will probably take all engine penalties etc as that would mean starting from back and use it to overhaul the penalty.yeah this is my thing. I agree, especially after the fuss Max made about Lewis celebrating at Silverstone after Max went to hospital after their crash.I am angry, but not surprised that Max didn't even check on Lewis and just stropped off. Yet again the halo is proving it's worth... that could have been such a different outcome.
