Wow! I expected a Haas to be binned at some point this weekend. I just reasomably assumed it was going to Mazepin. But that looks like Mick Schumacher is out of qualifying before the end of Practice 3.

Certainly going to push McLaren for P3 in the championship. Such an anomaly of a track I still assume that normal service will be resumed at the next race of Mercedes Vs red bull at the front.

Hopefully a gearbox change penalty as a minimum. Ideally a 20 place penalty for a laugh.

I don't think it was deliberate, too much of a gamble to try that round Monaco. Easy to end up wrecking your race day.
