Lando is being really hard on himself in his interview. Puts pretty much all the blame on himself and said he's fed up making bad decisions.
Plus it's weird seeing Brad Pitt being in the drivers interview pit!

The team should never have let him pick softs, you have the data, you decide.
I can’t imagine lando or Oscar will be so hard on themselves behind closed doors

He pitted long which lost him 2 secs to Lewis and the tyre choice was wrong, he should have been on mediums. Lando is turning into an intelligent driver up there with the best but he is prone to be way too hard on himself.

Yeah but why did the team allow him to choose? Surely they should make the decision? Andrea Stella said so after the race in an interview with Ted. It sounded like a late call on tyres too. They'll learn but it's hard to hear Lando say the stuff he has said. Too tough on himself. He should listen to Lewis in what he said.

it’s frustrating as during the race they were telling Lando he has a set of new mediums and Lewis has gone on used softs. McLaren made done crucial strategic mistakes with both drivers today.

Got absolutely soaked around 11:30ish, dried off and then got soaked again during the race!🙈 Insane race, so happy for Lewis! Charles on the other hand, we won’t talk about it 😭

The team should overrule Lando when they can see the data.

How often did we hear Lewis questioning Bono about tyre decisions he didn't agree with during his period of dominance, and the team was almost always right and Lewis questioning turned out to be wrong.

I feel like Charles lets the team decide for him too often. Carlos pushes back and is more confident to do so.

Back from Silverstone, absolutely worth the freezing cold and being soaked to the bone for that race and that result!
