And he just seems to intentionally go after him, any other driver on the grid, Carlos gives a fair amount of space too…. I do think it’s jealously, not only just over his time with Lando but with his talent and position within McLaren that he looks like he could be the next world champion for them and he’s just nice. It’s a really odd beef pattern

I find Carlos' spatial awareness fairly poor in general to be honest. Last year he was constantly getting in people's way on track.

IMO it's more that Carlos just keeps ending next to him because Oscar's on a run of form right now.

Most boring season of F1 yet is finally done.

I actually fell asleep during it and woke up when it was over!
We just have to hope next year it is better.

exactly!!! lance said he was “passing out” in the car in the last few laps. like you say, what if he’d taken out checo and pierre and then been completely unable to free himself from the car (pierre also looked absolutely battered at the end so also may have struggled).

i truly don’t get how someone with martin b’s level of knowledge and experience could come out with a take like this. it isn’t impressive, it’s actively dangerous.

Pierre says he was OK and it's not his worst. But Pierre's worst is screaming in pain and having to be lifted out of his car and being taken to the medical centre straight away in Saudi last year, so that's probably why.

Martin's son Alex who races WEC has said that other disciplines are happy F1 have had the issue because it's such an issue in their own, and hopefully this makes the FIA look at it.

Myself and a friend are planning to go to Las Vegas next October or November but not for the F1. We are planning on doing a few days there while on a trip to the US. We want the strip looking normal so I really want this entire weekend to be a massive flop so that it is never held again.
