I'm 5ft 5 and don't think fopps is much taller than me and on SW I can go down to something ridiculous like 7st 10lb until I'm 'underweight' by my BMI. Theres no way she's anywhere near that weight. I can comfortably hover between an 8-10 when I'm about 9 1/2 stone.
