One of the comments on tonight's tea asks how much dry pasta she'd have as a portion. 45g. FOURTY. FIVE. GRAMS. I'm an experienced cal tracker, and 45g dry pasta is barely anything.

It's a kids portion. Like all her meals are really. Hope for the boys sake she rethinks her issues around food or they are going to be growing up and witnessing all her obsessions which isnt healthy at all
Don't they normally recommend something like 70g for an adult?
Yes, around 75/80g is a standard adult portion.
I'm even more convinced now that her milk supply issues were down to her disordered eating and calorie restriction

she took umbrage at my suggestion that people didn't need to spend 15 quid on a pre-marked bottle she was trying to endorse, and simply just drink like people have done for millions of years without the bottle
