I'm in recovery from binge eating and she knows nothing about it. Her idea of binge eating is a whole grenade bar instead of half. Me getting up and shaking it off or whatever she says in the post is bollocks. I was so close to commenting but what's the point, she won't listen.

Oh she’s so patronising and out of touch! As most people who actually have battled binge eating know, if you could stop and think before you did it, you would!
That reel shows me that she has never binged in her life but still thinks she can lecture people about it, without any actual research (except googled binge eating).

And having a bottle of wine and a takeaway once a week isn’t binge eating, Fopps.
has she ever shared an actual takeaway pizza or an Indian on her gram, ever????! She is so part of the problem and she doesn’t even see it!

Imagine how boring life would be if you never ate something just because its delicious without a thought for the calories? Does she ever do anything just for fun, in a spontaneous burst of happiness? Her life is planned and calculated, even her children are programmed to ask for a Subway as their treat of choice. When I was a kid a treat would be a quarter of Rainbow Drops or a sherbet dib dab, not a blooming salad sandwich.

It's still there, when you report content on insta it vanishes for you but can still be seen by others unless they actually remove it, they're very slow to react and often fob reports off which is annoying

She has absolutely ZERO authority to speak about binging. Her idea of a binge is eating a couple of handfuls of cereal from the box on a whim she's got no clue!!!! She's the queen of restriction and guilt around food, and it wasn't that long ago that she was actively encouraging us all to do the same!!!

Half a grenade bar because they're so filling? Refusing to eat mcdonalds chips on ivf? Phoning a restaurant to make sure there wasn't a dab of oil on her spud? Restricting on honeymoon???

Oh my word, just like many of you I’m fuming. I had A for 6 years and when I finally accepted it and started to recover it led to binge eating. Absolutely horrific. The damage it did to me mentally because of the weight gain and sense of shame etc I honestly wouldn’t wish on anyone. When will she just fuck off and get a proper job! (Or !!!!!!!! For that stupid, vacuous twat)

Like you I had an eating disorder for years before finally getting a diagnoses of Bulimia and getting the help that eventually led me to recovery, this airheaded bimbo is playing with absolute fire and has no qualifications to give advice on what is a very specialised field and no you moron binge eating is not normal.
