Poor hotes kitty. There was a dog around here earlier. No idea where it has come from. It was like 5am and I'm in no where.
I'd love a coffee. Nothing round here. Nearest petrol station Amazon cafe is a drive

He has had gabapentin and he’s off his chops, Chopsy. Sitting on a mat in the dark, staring at the wall.

Why can’t you stockpile snacko’s appropriately? First no crisps, now you’ve got egg and chips flavour lays but no bevs. This is a terrible holiday.

Get some tunes on for him.
It's tough here in the sticks. If I walk for 20 minutes I can get a mango for 20 bhat . She's not always there tho.

Is it true that eating mango before smoking increases the high or is that a myth, like smoking banana peels ? Banana peel was the second worst tasting thing I ever smoked as a teen )The first was an oxo cube)

I can’t sleep again . I didn’t sleep at all last night, so ended up having a post lunch nap with the ducklings, which even though it was only 40 mins has confused my stupid brain. Went to the pharmacist to see if there was anything I could take for nausea and the answer was not without seeing a dr first 🙄.Which is fair I suppose but also not very helpful when trying to get a gp appointment is as easy as finding an edible Jack recipe . She also asked me 4 different times if I could be pregnant ( mr duck has had the snip so would be unlikely) then tried to sell me a pregnancy test even when i said no, and now I’ve given myself anxiety about that maybe being a sign the universe is trying to add more ducklings to my hoard. any more and we are heading into being one of those weird oversized families , who have reality shows or run social media accounts!

@BubbleDuck Another couple of suggestions from a veteran of being nauseated. The pharmacy should have OTC medication like ginger tablets for people who are travelling, I can't believe they don't. The one I take is called Travacalm.
I also have what are called Sea-bands, they're like a wristband but have a plastic half-ball thing which you position on your wrist on a particular spot, usually about two fingers under the bottom of your hand. That's a pressure point that really does help relieve mild nausea when pressure is applied.
Sea-band is just the brand name, mine were from eBay, $6 AUD for 2 pairs. They're often used by people on cruises to combat seasickness so they should be available in a pharmacy.

The only travel sickness tablets they had were Hyoscine Hydrobromide . It requires a pharmacists approval though and she wouldn’t approve it because it says to see a dr before using it you have seizures. I didn’t even have the opportunity to lie and say I don’t have seizures because she’s the person who hands me my anti-epileptic meds each month 🤣

I thought they’d have travel sickness gummies too but nope. It was only little village boots though so I might have had more luck if I’d gone into town. I did stock up on more ginger biscuits and some ginger ale though. I do have seabands but I’ve not found them helpful. I don’t know if I’ve somehow desensitised my acupuncture spot or if the band isn’t putting enough pressure on it. I’ll see if I can macgyver tmw to make them more pressed in

I’m just being unreasonably grumpy about it tbh because I hate feeling sick more than actually being sick. It’s just indecisiveness from my digestion system and that’s just not a quality I look for in my organs 🤣

I think we have sea bands in the Uk. No strawberry koala Freddos though.
I saw a share bag of strawberry Freddos and they didn’t seem to be individually wrapped. 12 naked Freddos all just hanging out in one bag. Shocking! Our Freddos might be boring but you never find them nude in a multi pack!

I get prochlorperazine for my vertigo. No help to you, I know.
I take that for nausea, it's not allowed to be prescribed for more than one month though which is annoying as I have to see/call my doctor every month.
Luckily it's easy to get an appointment here.

I'm feeling very tit today, sore back and coughing/sneezing. Grumpy.
Harold shouted at me so loudly yesterday I jumped, I fkn hate being shouted at.
I'm just wallowing in self-pity today, not even Suki's snuggles are helping.

I’m tired but didn’t want to leave my housemate. He’s just woken up, walked into things, fell into his biscuits but ate most of them, knocked them over and I think he’s off to bed. Or to sit on the mat in the dark, staring.

Why on earth is 6Music playing possibly the worst song in history ("Age of Aquarius" by The 5th Dimension) at 7am on a Friday?!

I definitely feel you with this! When I was in hospital and the doctors were telling me about my treatment plan, I started crying when they told me about the nausea side of it...didn't care about losing my hair or anything 😂 but thank feck for ondansetron the OG of anti sickness.

Hope you feel better soon!
