She certainly doesn't give her cats the best care – if any at all. But I do feel sorry for her about Piggy. Losing a beloved pet is always awful.

They didn’t give their cat any care when was sick and then died. She only cares about the dog. Once she found funny thet her brother’s dog scared the cat who was missing for a few days and it was clear she couldn’t care less.
Having the means to do something and doing it are two different things for sure

She doesn't need to put on a show anyway because we all know how much she adores Piggy.i like fleur and i do still feel sorry for her and i 100% believe her sorrows are genuine but the very last shot in the car when she was sobbing, kinda felt weird when it looked like she checked to made sure she was in shot, hope im wrong and maybe she was just looking for the off button

when I think of piggy, I’ll always remember the time when she was still new and fleur took her to the groomers and had her trimmed/shaved too early and irreversibly damaged her coating and she was devastated. tbf, I didn’t know that was a thing either but I hadn’t spent $$$ on a new dog, what a total airhead

Poor Piggy. I’ve never even heard of the prolapse thing in dogs. It’s sad that she’s otherwise very healthy. I’m sure we will get a post one of the days to say she has passed. It’s inhumane to keep putting her through multiple surgeries.
I feel like she may have already and she just hasn’t announced it yet.
Piggys got polyps and not cancer which is good news.

What a pointless comment! Yes Fleur is able to pay for more options than some in all aspects of her life. So what are “privileged “ people supposed to do? Let their dogs or cats die so the less privileged feel better ?

That is good news for Piggy! Good thing Mike didn't take the advice of that first vet. Hopefully she won't have to go through another surgery as I think she's already had two (?)
That’s great. I haven’t watched her most recent video, but didn’t she say even the best news would mean her time is still limited? Is that still the case?
She said in this most recent update that Piggy could still have years left if her recovery goes well as it's not a tumour as they first thought. She is still on lots of meds at the moment but they are hoping she will respond to those and avoid another surgery.
I think it's extremely reaching and pointless to twist that comment into such a hyperbolic sentiment that rich people should let their pets suffer and die, or that the poster and people of less affluence would "feel better" if they did... Cuz you know poor people, they're kind of a sadistic lot... ???
Like the poster clarified, they were just reflecting on the fact that many of us wouldn't be able to save our pets or buy them more time because of how extraordinarily expensive pet care is -- and it's painful to be reminded of that inadequacy when we see others who are able to take the best care available of their pets. That's a far cry from "Since I don't have money, it would bring me emotional comfort if other people's animals were left to die when ill." The poster could have been more clear, but the reply was unwarranted. Everyone here feels badly when we see animals struggling.
Anyway, best hopes for Piggy.
