What I saw when I saw the first pic was a normal healthy body, I know it comes down to how you feel in yourself but anyone looking at that first pic as a “before” picture when that’s their body shape could be made to feel like they need to change it. She wasn’t overweight, wasn’t carrying a lot of excess large, still looked toned, a healthy figure. She’s a PT after all, her life is food and fitness.
fitness influencers that make it feel like having a healthy, normal body that isn’t super lean is something to strive to change or “transform”.
Again, I know it’s her body and her choice.
