I know you've made an account just to defend the twins.
However,
Yes they're nearly 30. But would they have got their business up and running without Daddy's help?
And again, they're nearly 30, then they should maybe thing more about their actions?
Mummy and daddy are shareholders, so I will hazard a guess they pour a lot of money into that place

Is it nt more transparent that isabakes left to set up on her own with all the finch bakery recipes 😂😂🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🤔 seen her new postal brownies somewere before cud have at least made them look different........... 🤦🏽‍♀️
Tbh I was following Finch when Isabelle first started working with them and she could already bake very well. I knew she wouldn’t work there forever as she was already really good. And who’s to say she didnt have an input in those recipes

Oh so she hasn’t actually got in yet?
Also they’ve put on their story ‘dental therapist bsc’ so she’s not actually going to be a dentist - like a dental nurse or something. I know two people who tried to get into dentistry a couple of times and ended up doing dental therapy instead.
Interesting that Tessa implied Dentristry by putting Dentist School and Finch put 'Dental Therapist'.
Bit of a sly dig there I reckon.
It will be interesting to see if she corrects any of the comments that menton her becoming a dentist...

Just seen this on Twitter. First bite of their blondie and a mouthful of hair 😳😳 not the best screenshot sorry as it’s a video
I've just searched finch bakery on twitter to see if I could find this (cause I'm nosey af) and I saw the person had deleted their tweet but one of the twins friends started being arsey with the person who complained saying he shouldn't be trying to shame a small business (tbh I'd be fuming if I saw a hair in my blondie I'd paid £18 for 😬). I find it quite embarrassing that one of their friends is being a dick on twitter on their behalf.

Put your child in a safe and correct car seat for her age/weight, pull the straps tight enough and take OFF her coat then the ‘mum police’ might not ‘attack’ you. Idiot

I like following the girls and saw this thread when it all originally kicked off.

I don't follow Tessa but I hope she is still fulfilling her Dentistry dream.

I haven't ordered from FB because most thing seem to have bloody nutella or some sort of hazelnut spread in it.

I order a oh.my.cakery movie box... it was nice but the popcorn chocolate bar had too much popcorn crumbs in. I felt like I was picking out bits from my teeth for days! Scoop dog was lovely. Cookie had too much baking soda in it.

Just recently ordered from Doe... oh dear so greasy. Hardly any filling. Disappointed. Maybe fresh on the day rather than postal is better.

Finally got a George Bakery two weeks ago. I also had a stomach ache after!! I mean what are the chances?!?! I think his cakes look amazing but the postal just seems to make him money hungry (story last night saying how he doesn't freeze his goods yet it was mentionedhere beforehand)

If you do the Maths with him..
Approximately 900ish boxes a week, average price £30. Making £27k every sunday night. I admire his long hours and starting from from his small market stall, but getting a bit too big now. For example, 1 minute too busy to make videos. Now is realises about creator fund on TikTok, many videos being uploaded there!
I will say George's cakes are the same as FB in my opinion, dry af

Everyone and their dog are selling brownies and blondies these days. It's actually really disheartening because I've always wanted my own baking business but it seems so faddish now with everyone jumping on the bandwagon. Most of them don't even offer anything unique either, just nicking eachother's recipies and baking the same bogstandard tat covered in more sugar. Like christ atleast have some originality, how many biscoff/kinder/nutella/jammie dodger traybakes does anyone need!?
Agreed! I’ve been doing “Hobby baking” for about 7 years now, I have a page but mainly just to archive my pictures (not a huge amount of followers) and don’t generally advertise, just tends to be baking for Friends and Family which I’m happy with but it’s really disheartening to see people make brownies and blondies and then creating business pages to sell them having never done it before and thinking it’s as easy as that 🙄 loads cropped up in lockdown as well, I even saw some using packet mixes and selling them but because they’re loaded with sweets/chocolate finch bakery style it was OK 😬

Yeah the gym post also tagged the personal account so it didn’t need to go onto the bakery account. I thought the whole point of the private accounts they made was because they wanted us to stop talking about them...but now all the personal crap is ending up back on the bakery page 🙄
Bet they miss the attention

I also love Leticia Bakes, bought a pack of her recipes a while back and they’re excellent!

Yeah I found this beyond bizarre tbh. Basically shaming people who don’t wax their face and implying everyone should be doing it. Whichever twin it was can piss right off with that - people can do whatever they want with their body hair. What the hell does it have to do with baking anyway? Posting that on their bakery account. Bloody weird.
Did you notice their apology and not meaning to offend anyone 😴 obviously read it here

They dump the kids at their grandparents constantly to prioritise going out getting pissed they’re just not maternal at all
Loool this would be me as a mother hence why I haven’t had kids yet :ROFLMAO: . I don’t think there’s anything wrong with them trying to have a social life though, the kids aren’t gonna mind being with their grandparents now and then surely?

Oh dear, oh dear.

When it was pointed out that their £20 brownies business model is going to be tested during the recession, everyone seemed to think acting professionally and upping their quality was the way to go.

But getting into social media flamewars to drum up attention is unsustainable unless you’re Katie Price.

Come on ladies of Finch Bakery, is that what you aspire to? For one thing, you are nowhere near as morbidly fascinating as the Pwicy.

I absolutely do not understand how a parent can fork out for a flash car like a RR but then not give a shit about their child’s car seat??? Like hello, your child’s safety should come above anything else in life 🤔
I do agree they have gone all out crazy about tattle and made themselves look very unprofessional and foolish. I won’t lie, I’ve been a fan for years and follow the bakery and the twins (not the kids account as there’s so much posted already 😂) but I really haven’t enjoyed all of their whining about tattle. Yes some things have been said that they won’t like, but don’t read it? People are entitled to an opinion and just because you happen to read it doesn’t mean people haven’t said the same in real life to a friend. Unfortunately when you are a presence on social media, you open yourself up to this. I also follow tessa and while I thought she was a great girl, around august/early sept as COVID cases started to rise she posted a photo stating she wasn’t following guidance to social distance etc as she wanted to live life, go drinking and hug her friends. She got ripped in the comments from people saying you might survive COVID if you got it but someone you love that you pass it onto might not be so lucky. She deleted the post because she couldn’t stick up for herself and her silly decision and since then I can’t like her the same. Now after this tattle show they’ve done I like them all far less so as someone said above, all they’ve done is drive more people here & brought down their reputation.
Couldn’t agree more. Especially the Tessa thing. Was soooo shocked that she’d go so publicly against all of the guidelines. She seems nice and is very funny but that was a stupid thing to say when you have thousands of followers. Social distancing is for everyone and for the foreseeable unless people keep breaking the rules 🙄 the quicker we all stick to it the sooner we can go back to normal

Im

A lot of their staffs members are older though as you said. and maybe a missguided voucher wouldn’t be versatile enough 😂😂don’t understand your point, surely they don’t have to give any incentives out so anything is just a nice gesture. Vouchers aren’t taxed and £ is maybe I dont no 🤷🏽‍♀️😂
I haven’t said anywhere to give them a Missguided voucher? I don’t get what’s not to understand about my point...I said it would be better to give them a bonus or cash so the employees can decide themselves how to spend it, you’re limited in what you can choose at Asda and I don’t think ‘buying soneone a good shop’ is a nice gesture at all. If they are paid fairly they shouldn’t need to be bought a food shop, what if they’d rather have the money to buy Christmas gifts for their kids? It’s weird and paternalistic to say ‘here’s some money but I choose how you spend it’. Extremely odd behaviour.

i think you missed the fact One of them posted a big post the next day about her struggles with MH.
I unfollowed a while ago so didn’t see the post. They’ve said on the particular post pasted to here they haven’t ever had any mental health issues, but I don’t know anyone who hasn’t struggled with their mental health, especially this last year during a pandemic, at some point in their life. I fully appreciate they are raising money but that doesn’t give them the right to tell other people to go F themselves because they happen to have differing opinions and write them online. They don’t have to read here. I don’t like reading the daily fail comments so they could be like me, they could just not go there and read them 🤷🏼‍♀️

the crux of it is, is this forum has highlighted their behaviour and whether it has impacted them personally or business wise, it’s on them to behave professionally so their customers remain loyal.

Nope. Don’t like them. The insta page I mean. Had to unfollow because Of the constant uploading of calling people out who give them bad reviews and just acting unprofessional. I think a review was uploaded annually about a person being negative about the product. Just a standard ‘not for me’ review and the girls just went on and on.
why need validation. It’s one bad review out of many good ones. Just screamed attention seeking to me.
This happened a few times in the month I followed them

Funny really because putting that label on a package just proves further how unprofessional they are 🤷🏻‍♀️ and that they are still bothered after saying they aren’t/don’t look here anymore/blah blah. They’re like two little girls playing shop.
