They’ve finally got a decent hygiene rating and we are on blast for mocking them previously 🤣 huns, you should be embarrassed we had anything to mock!

I don’t think they even know how they’re doing, they have a slow month, react and panic and post about it. Then catch a trend, have the BuSiESt 🫶🏼Saturday🫶🏼 everrrtrr since lockdown 2K20 then declare they’re fine and omg stocked in department stores don’t you know and then it’s a slow month and img guys don’t believe everything you seeee!!

They’re manic 🤣 or at least one of them is, the social media training doesn’t match the business size at all

Everything they make is just too try hard I passed the blackburn one with my son and offered him something and he's like no thanks can we go to Greg's for a biscuit. Whats up Not fancy a cornflake topped blondie with a cookie bottom, marshmallow fluff and sprinkles son? 🤣

Why is Rachel’s house so fucking boring? There’s no personality or decor. It’s just a box.

At the end of the day if the staff can't be bothered to make sure it's been approved before the customer leaves, it's on them!!!!!

I still cringe/Am horrified that they use pre made spread for their cake drips!
Their a bloody professional bakery ffs

I made a birthday cake last month and did cake drips for first time using ganache and it wasn’t hard at all!

Margarine cakes with chocolate spread drip and loads of processed sugary sweets 😰 they must taste like pure sugar.

So cringe they keep blaming stuff like 'Instagram algorithms' and the strikes for them losing business, like someone else pointed out they got plenty of business when they put a discount code on, their stuff is too expensive for people struggling and just bad value for money even if you're not 🤷‍♀️

It looks like someone's chewed up a brownie, spat it out and rolled it up into the shape of a turd. £6.50? Shameless bints.

So Manchester is closing in Feb looks like they're not doing as well as they thought it would
they’ve got too much competition. They’re a small fish in a big pond 🤷🏼‍♀️ the name finch bakery isn’t much in Manchester compared to Great Harwood / Blackburn. Not surprised tbh

I don't think they'll do that well in blackburn, they will probably for the first 6 months then it'll die down when everyone has tried them and realise they're over priced cheap bakes

I seen on a Q&A they said Selfridges will be buying the stock from them and setting their own prices
£5.99 for a cookie pie slice is insane! Especially when they use cheap as ingredient’s!
Wonder how often they’ll be restocking? I’ve bought cakes from selfridges counter before and a few times they are stale which doesn’t bode well for the already stale finch cakes

Are they really surprised that during a cost of living crisis people aren’t buying an enormous box of brownies? Their products are expensive and their recipe book plus the ingredients would be cheaper to buy…

No, she works in a school…
And?

It's not like she's massively obese for a start. Even still, none of your business and secondly, kids will know people come in all shapes and sizes. That's literally taught in schools.
