I agree, they can't be that hard done by losing out on £20 when one has just had a new kitchen put in and a utility room! read the fucking room girls!

They aren't on the breadline living in a 2 bed flat with 2 kids sharing a cramped living space! They both live in lovely areas with nice cars like others have said. £20 to them is fuck all! I'd be more sympathetic if they were a business struggling and £20 is a lot to the company but they aren't.....

Singling our teachers is really weird in that post because there’s loads of jobs where you don’t have to work between Christmas and new year?! There are loads of office jobs where the offices are closed in that time, my Mum and sister were saying today they are actually forced to take those days as annual leave because their offices are closed and they work in different industries. If anything it’s probably specific to retail/hospitality jobs that you’re required to work between Christmas and new year?

I wouldn’t be mortified at all. Sometimes cards decline for no reason at all. I’ve had my payment not go through and then literally paid with the same card on the same machine. It’s called technology.

It is literally part of the person on the tills JOB to check transactions go through. If they are so arsed about the £30 take it up with your staff member that didn’t bother to check the payment approved when that’s part of the job you pay them for. Or if it was ‘probably you’re dodgy till’, get a new one, I’m sure you can more than afford it with the shit you constantly brag about spending money on. Don’t write a cringy post on social media trying to embarrass someone as if they came in with a balaclava on and ran off with a load of cake ffs

I’m sorry but these kind of things make me cringe. Instead of posting on socials asking them to ring you to pay maybe consider what needs to change to prevent it from happening in the first place. Knowing the cult attitude their followers/friends will be gunning for that person.

They need to realise we are in a cost of living crisis. I’m not skint or struggling by any means and I wouldn’t go out and spend £20 randomly on some cake if it wasn’t an occasion! 🫣

We are not skint - feel privileged to be in a decent position (at the moment) it's my sons birthday this weekend and I wouldn't spend their prices! Full stop!
when we they realise when there is a cost of living crisis or fuel goes up/food goes up/heating goes up etc one of the first luxuries people will stop is 'random' treats like cakes.
Most people I know would put nail/eyelash appointments ahead of cakes too.

they are not a necessity - they are a added luxury. People don't owe them.
the indi businesses do my head in too - yes I'd use the milkman over asda or the local butchers over Morrisons to help.
But i wouldn't 'just cos lol' but brownies and stuffed cookies for the gram from asda for £3 I'm sure as hell not going to waste £30 on some burnt ones to help fund the Range Rover or next Zara haul.

They can’t blame the Royal Mail for no one ordering their products. The issue is clearly no one is ordering, if Royal Mail was the issue they’d have the same order numbers but customer complaints about them arriving even more stale then normal; though not sure how you could tell

I think everyone has different parenting styles and that's fine.
It's an each to their own thing.
I personally wouldn't. But that's mainly because I wouldn't want to be away from my kids
Also because something like Disney, I'd save until they're both old enough. Butttt also on the other hand, they have the money to go again when Inka is older. So it's still a completely different thing for most people.
For most, that's a once in a lifetime trip.

Tbh though do the Finch girls promote a healthy lifestyle? The one that just got married obviously put her body through a lot to 'bounce back' for her wedding, I didn't realise how recently she'd given birth and there's not a shred of fat on her now...not sure that's all that healthy either? I don't think Tessa looks unhealthily big either to be honest, the average size in this country is a UK 16, she just has skinny mates.

Right... but the overheads includes the twins wages that they pay themselves AND the cost of opening a new shop and the book.

All of those were included in their overheads.
So they may be "on par" with the turnover, but that's because they spent a lot with the new shop etc!
And however much their own wages are.

If it bothers you that much, put £10 in each

100% agree, and let’s be honest the way they flaunt their lives on socials you can guarantee they’re paying themselves a decent salary… with houses like that I’d say surely at least 40-45 each!
