It's a tiny city apartment but they've got their priorities straight, Nancy has the only ensuite and there's 2 dishwashers, so alls well.

In other news how long does it take them to come to a decision about anything? Even a can of spray paint turns into a drawn out debate. I think they're looking for a house too soon. She said they were going to have a fun summer and do some travelling. So far they've just done a few days in Italy and the UK... meh

This caught my eye too so I dug a little deeper. Nothing adds up with either of them and lo and behold the latest is his UK company (Leo interiors) is on the verge of being liquidated. His creditors are owed £438,000. £100,000 is company loan from himself but the rest is to a multitude of contractors/suppliers/banks and includes German, Belgium, British companies - you can find the documents online.

I'm sure they have pretty much exhausted their credit, left many businesses and individuals being owed money whilst appearing to live the good life in France. She doesn't earn much from her yt channel and certainly not compared to her expenditure and upkeep and so I think the walls are slowly closing in on them.

Every word which exits his mouth is pure BS and he certainly doesn't have the money to start flipping houses I'm guessing.


All of his previous uk companies have been liquidated.

His French company seems to have recently come out of an 18 month "plan de redressement" basically and agreement to pay back debts which will cause problems for him when obtaining credit for suppliers etc.

The guy is a scammer.

Whilst living in Doncaster, his business was doing pretty well. It's the move to France that's fucked it...

One of the costs they mentioned was a poolboy . I mean that's only a cost because they wanted to have a poolboy. With Fern not working and that pool being small, that's a job she could have herself.

Yeah I mean they bought a house with a pool, without mains gas, with a long sweeping drive that had over hanging tress that needed to be cut before they would deliver that gas. A house that didn't have good Internet connection etc etc etc. No one made them do that. God knows it took them long enough to make a decision and as it turns out it was a money pit.
The key to housebuying for profit is to buy a house in poor condition make improvements and sell on. Do that a few times and before you know it you're quids in. I was told by an estate agent friend to buy the worst house on the best street and improve it and sell it on.

Remember the roof? If not go back a couple of vlogs, you could literally see daylight through it when Ryan went up into the loft, shouldn't that have been a priority? When winter sets in and it starts to rain won't it come through?

I've come to the conclusion that this family liked to do things the hard way. Despite her claims Ryan likes to thrust his family into chaos time and again. All in the name of saving money but really it costs them way more in the long run. Ryan is nothing if not a Yorkshire man.

I don't care what they say that flat is too small for a family of four with two dogs. It's nowhere near finished. I've never seen a more chaotic house move.
Also how disgusting that the dog just wees all over the floor and there's a bucket and mop kept handy to just mop it up.
I actually wouldn't swap places with her for a million quid.

I the old villa she had a poster with loads of sweet treats saying it was bad food. Very dangerous for her kids, especially when one is at ballet school where there is a potential for all the pressure to be skinny

I like Fern and her family a lot but seriously this cruise is not making me want to go on such a trip. Tbh such cruises have never been my thing so I doubt that anything would persuade me to go frankly.

The comments section makes for interesting reading regarding the amount of presents and also the skincare fridge Nancy has. I'm not overly bothered by her fascination with all things beauty and skincare, after all she is surrounded by it, her mother is all about her appearance, but what is really dangerous for one so young was the bottle of Pixi Glycolic acid that was in there. She doesn't need it at her age and if she uses and doesn't follow up religiously with high factor spf she will cause herself alot of problems in the future.

I like Fern for the most part, but I would love to see her do something with the kids for the community or for charity or maybe an animal shelter, the kids seem to like animals, just to give some balance in their lives. It all seems so shallow and you can clearly see they don't really appreciate the amount they're being given andthey expect it now. Do they even know that some people aren't as fortunate as they are? I doubt it.

Anyway as I was watching some of the comments had been removed by this time tomorrow there will be no trace at all lol.

I found the whole filming inside the property they viewed so disrespectful to the quite obviously deceased owner

The filming of the piles of personal effects , paperwork and personal belongings with her fake aww how sad look at all this stuff was awful . I really hope they don’t buy it , it will be one constant content about all the things they found in the house

How would she feel if someone went filming around her grandmas house like that and posting it on you tube !

I wish I had saved it, but she posted on Instagram stories about a day out with that new younger friend of hers that she allegedly met at French class. Fern had a day of beauty relaxation, where she apparently got eyelashes, I think a massage and hopefully her hideous fake nails redone.

New Here, stumbled across this couple of fakers and had to do some background research. It's probably all been said before so sorry to repeat anything as II've only watched one vlog.

Fern is not registered as self employed in France, has she ever mentioned this and she doesn't seem to be a director or have a company in England.

Ryan on the other hand has a couple of registered French companies. BOTH are in "redressement fiscal" as we call it here. It basically means the last step before going bankrupt, you're trying to renegotiate your debts. I suspect he hasn't been paying his social charges/taxes and most likely paying for fern's lips to be enhanced.

He is registered as an architect in France, The research I did suggests that had a flooring company up north (Leeds) which also went out of business with one debt still outstanding.

Did they sell a house in England and run to France with the money that was left? they won't last five minutes here unless they're earning, all this talk of living on the riveria is cringe, I suspect every time they open their mouths it's BS.

Both of his French businesses are in redressement fiscal, last step to bankruptcy. His last company in England also went into liquidation still owing funds of which she was a director.

Maybe why they sold the last house so fast nothing to do with wanting to live a slower life and not spending all free time doing house jobs or the financial guru Ryan spouting off about better to have money invested not tied up in a house bollocks !

I mean yeh construction business you can get stiffed by someone not paying you etc which might also be the case !
