I am thinking of painting my front door black however I always struggle to make decisions regarding decorating so thought I would come here for some guidance and... here you are @Oops . Thank you for sending pictures of your toads. They are beauties. Where have you put them please

My FSM advised I put mine on the stairs at pocket height (part of my stairs face the front door). You can also put them in your wealth corners to activate the energy there. When you place yours (since you say retaining money can be a little hard for you) tell him you particularly need help with keeping your money as you set your intention to activate him. You might also want to put some imagery of a turtle at your back door facing inwards towards the door. He’s a great protector. I bought a stone tortoise from the garden centre. I’ll try to take a photo of him later and put it up here. Since your house is built on Feng Shui principles it may be likely that all you need is a bit of tweaking here and there. I’m so fascinated to hear how it goes for you.

Good Morning Everyone - welcome to Saturday.

This morning I asked my I Ching how I could best help @Hi there. It’s the first time I have used it for quite some time, but since I had actually gone looking for it to put it up here for her to see I then started reading it again. I have decided to put up the response the I Ching gave me when I asked it the question because a) it may resonate with her and b) it may resonate with many others. I say that because it has just really resonated with me when I read it. I think it might be particularly apt for the times we are living in now and yet was originally written when thet didn’t even have printing presses. Anyway; here it is...

To be honest I found this quite moving...In the I Ching the bottom line of the hexagram is the one that matters. I seem to have photographed the bottom 2 but have left it in anyway because maybe the penultimate line may help someone too. (No such thing as coincidence etc...)

Oh wow! Isn’t that just amazing?!!! It’s simply astounding how things work mysteriously for one’s benefit. I think having an honest, unaffected attitude towards my situation may just be what I need to have moving forward. To give both of us our space to have a clear idea about what we want. I once called @Miss Trunchbull, Miss Trunchpole...Trunchy is so much easier for the hard of memory...Anyway - it suits her. Milton Bennett - Oh! Milton Bennett! My little money toad has just arrived.

I expected it to be brass but it seems to be plastic and is a golden colour with a removable coin and red eyes.
I also have a red candle to put next to it (to attract money)?

How do I activate it? Is there a ritual apart from setting an intention?
And how can I find out where the wealth corner is - do you use a compass or is the entrance door to my flat the starting point to identify the wealth corner?

What can I do to keep the money toad happy and healthy?

So glad your toad has arrived. If you scroll back up @DandyTandy has put all the relevant pages for you and your money Toad, To activate him you hold him and state your intention that he will start working hard for you and draw money to you from expected and unexpected places. Face him outward in your wealth corner and turn him round at weekends. Good luck. If you read through the thread from the top you might find some helpful advice (hopefully) on lots of things you can do. Good luck and keep us posted how you get along. Hope you are coming to terms with your recent disappointment

Thank you Yes, I have seen the posts and also did some research from Feng Shui Masters. I am happy to share what I decided to do with my little money frog:

- I found the wealth corner using the Bagua and the compass on my iPhone
- I placed him an a sideboard in which I will now keep my bank cards - he will be facing my / my desk
- He has read eyes so is already activated but I put a red candle next to him
- I decided on a mantra (intention) so that he also knows when to get to work
- I also bought some Chinese Coins with red string that I will sit him on

Then I also need to de-clutter! This seems to be a major part of it and I am currently storing lots of boxes in my flat.

A bit update about the hotel + bad vibe. I am not sure how this works, but since just putting out on here that I wish to work on it and solve it, it got better. It still has an uncomfortable feeling, but less creepy, if it makes sense.

Makes sense to me . My sense is that there is something wrong with the sewers/pipe work below those specific rooms but only time will tell. Keep us posted...

WOW! Great start! sounds like you have been busy and also plan to do a lot of space clearing. This may make a great difference to how you feel. Keep us posted.

I also ordered some money plants that I will keep there in green pots and will put money crystals and something made of wood there, too.
The side board will hold my bank cards and jewellery going forward, so hopefully I will have created a little wealth corner /shrine that will help me attract money.

I am still disappointed by what happened last week, but try to find a way to make the best of it.
I am wondering if my lawyer might be liable due to giving me poor advice?

My problem is that I cannot let go of things and find it hard to detach from something like this, especially if I perceive it to be unfair.

Haha, I might have gone a bit overboard with my new "wealth sideboard" in my wealth corner. I decorated the surface - a red candle, three pines (for the wood element), three crystals (sun stone, pyrite, amethyst), my wooden jewellery box, three green ornaments.
I am still waiting for my three money plants to put into green pots and I also want to find a picture with a waterfall (or try to paint one myself) for the water element.
I would also like some jade.

I currently keep different things inside the side board, but want to move the more "valuable" things in there soon - my bank cards, spare wallet, coins/change, jewellery etc.

I held my money toad in my hand, named him and gave him a task.

I will report back to let you know what happened

I might have a think about your health area and try to activate as much as possible there. It is essential to do this with as much kindness as possible because it is one of the greatest kindnesses you can give yourself. You may (in your mind) go back to a time when you were aware of receiving kindness and remember that nice warm feeling and hold that thought uppermost. This can help others too if you can get them to talk about times when they have had those warm feelings caused by kindness. Then maybe do a search on all the things you can do to in your central health area. I won’t list them because it’s so important that the ‘cures’ resonates with you when you do your research. When you find the things that feel right to you that’s the time to apply focus and make any improvements or changes you feel appropriate. I do hope this reply doesn’t come across as too esoteric and that I have described it in a helpful way for you. There is a lot of info out there on the centre of the bagua btw.

Absolutely nothing to worry about In the event you have the tiniest nag about it you could always clap in front of that window to shift the energy if you sense any stagnancy/heaviness in that little part.
