Oh yes, onion and celery in tuna salad, and egg salad. Can also add hot sauce and Dijon mustard. And, or curry powder.

I used to love making super noodle sandwiches - beef or curry flavour. Carbs on carbs, yum 
Ham crisp sandwich - it the only kind of sandwich I like.
I'm also a huge fan of bacon brie and cranberry.
Next is mozzarella, pesto and vine tomato on a toasted ciabtta.

All about a fish finger sandwich. Butter and tomato sauce. 
A deli beside my old work did the most amazing hot chicken tikka baguette, I've never found anywhere that can match it and don't work there anymore.
Can't go hot tomato in a toastie, scalds me every time.

Mine is extra strong cheddar cheese, tomato and red onion with a blob of mayo, in thick sliced whole meal bread, if I feel like pushing the boat out I put it in the sandwich toaster.

As a kid I used to love cucumber sandwiches. Either that or honey - the honey made the bread crunchy. 
I think nowadays it has to be a deli style sandwich. Salami, chicken, cheese in a sub roll.

Pan fried halloumi with sliced tomatoes, garlic mayo and spinach (can also add some hummus!) or Goats cheese, red onion, feta and rocket/spinach

I just had a fried egg, with fried onions and tomatoes in a ciabatta bun spread with chilli jam.
