SOTD - Miu Miu L'Eau Rosee Eau de Toilette

Loving this as an everyday spring scent. Fresh and floral but not too floral. Good longevity even after exercise

Does anyone have any thoughts on Valentino Donna Born in Roma Extradose? I’ve only sprayed it in shop but the initial headache inducing heaviness dries down really nicely and I’m tempted.

SOTD victoria beckham Portifino.
Interesting, and quite nice but not loving it enough to want to spend money on it.
Got it as a free sample with a VB eyeshadow i bought.

I love that one but it's extortionate

My scentbird should arrive in the next few days, i thought it was Heretic Nosferatu but that is next month. It will be Deck of Scarlet I'm expensive which is vanilla, cocoa,amber,sandalwood and pistachio.

This sounds like my idea of heaven in a scent! Please let us know your thoughts when it arrives!

I’m wearing Zara’s fashionable London today. Don’t get me wrong, the longevity is amazing, but I don’t like the fact it transfers only all my clothes and lingers forever.

My husband wears it, I’m useless at identifying specific scents in fragrances but to me it smells quite leathery. It’s really strong and gives me a headache

Not for me then! I hate a leather note in fragrance

I’m going to Zara on Saturday so I’ll give it a sniff! Not blind buying it as every Zara perfume I have bought has been a let down apart from violet blossom

I quite like Zara perfumes - my favourites are Cherry Smoothie ( Tom Ford - Lost Cherry Dupe) and Rose Gourmand ( Mancera - Roses Vanille Dupe).

I don’t know what’s going wrong with my perfumes but they are all going ‘off’. Some have changed their scents even though they are less than a year old, some have literally no staying power. I put in several sprays on Montal Rose Musk which is a beast mode fragrance for me usually but I can hardly smell it nor can my family. I don’t keep my fragrances in the sun or anything so not sure what the hell is going on.

Ebay and vinted

Vinted annoyingly now say you can’t sell it unless it’s brand new, I had a white company room spray removed bc I’d written in the listing that a couple of sprays had been used Google says eBay is the same

SOTD Fugazzi- Angel Dust. My latest Scentbird sample. A lovely oriental, cosy yet fresh scent, and not similar to any of my other fragrances. However, it is a skin scent and while I don’t want a beast mode fragrance, I personally don’t see the point in scents that no one else can smell! This would be amazing if it had stronger projection! If anyone has suggestions for similar scents that are stronger, please let me know

Neroli Portofino smells exactly like 4711 for me if you have ever smelt that.

I’ve never smelt that one (sorry I’m in no way an expert or a connoisseur like a lot of people on here) but I’m trying to push my boundaries more as I only ever wear mayflower by abbeyperfumery in the day and baccarat rouge extrait at night 🫣 I love everyone’s opinions on here though and the introductions to new ideas! Who does 4711? I will try and have a smell next time I can. I swapped out neroli portofino for diptique eventually; as I’ve never tried theirs either

What’s this like? Have it in my basket but not sure if it’s a need when I have Delina exclusif

To me its a sweet(ish), powdery rose. Its more powdery than Delina ( this to me is more of a fruity hit ) . The rose gourmand is more rosy - kind of a mix of Baccarat Rouge 540(sweetness but not as sweet) and Poudree ( Narciso ) mixed with rose ( but not the english garden floral type ).

I hope that helps ( also on my 2nd bottle of this as i do really like it)

Unpopular opinion - kayali fragrances. Tried two; the pistachio one made me smell like cherry Bakewell and the wedding night one I wasn’t a fan. Am I missing something? I really like delina atm and angel dust

I like most of the kayali ones i've tried. Most popular one is the vanilla 28. The ones I dont like however, I REALLY dont like!

I don’t know but I remember in the couple of years before it was discontinued it went down to around £20-30 a bottle so I raced through it. Wish I had stocked up as it was only when I came to the end of my last bottle I saw it wasn’t available. Still have the last bit left that I won’t ever use now.
