I’ve a few travel sizes from this brand but I’ve not tried this one! What’s it like?
I don’t know how to describe it other than powdery musk and a little sweet. I don’t get any rose from it or any vanilla ( which is a hit and miss note for me).

I used to wear Christian Dior Dune back in the 90’s. Is this still available? I loved it.
Adore Dune. Used to pilfer it from my beloved Nanas dressing table..!
Unfortunately, whilst it is still available, it doesn’t seem to be the same scent I remember from the 90s. Still beautiful, but not quite the same….

Sampling some new things today, La Danza delle Libellule on one wrist and Kajal Lamar on the other. Like them both so far but Danza is my favourite out of the 2!

I’m not too keen on powdery musk, i do like vanilla and rose though! I’ll try and find a bottle somewhere. I wish we could all swap decants and samples
Yes me too - I have quite a few half samples of perfume that I’d happily give away - I have so many that are vanilla based that didn’t work for me and that I think others in this thread may like.

Has anyone tried Kitsch hair perfumes? I ordered the discovery set and a full size of Amber Shores. I love Amber Shores (pure holiday vibes) and Pistachio Latte (sweet and warm), but the staying power isn’t great at all. Wish they did them in a normal fragrance!

Congratulations on your baby ❤
I’ve never tried either of the baccarats but do want to try the extrait. I don’t think it’s coconutty (not to my nose, I love a coconut note!) it’s more vanilla powdery. The only things I like for summer that aren’t fruity are Kilian Princess, Delina La Rosee and most of my musks (acne studios, Blanche absolu and musk k) otherwise everything I wear in summer is fruity/coconutty/citrusy!
Don’t apologise for talking about perfume, I will talk about it till the cows come home if I have the chance 😂😂😂
Amazing thank you so much! In all honesty on me the none extrait baccarat wasn’t great didn’t project well and wasn’t worth the cost but the extrait is sweeter, more feminine and has more longevity. I will definitely test the ones you recommended as I’m keen to try delina and I love killian although I don’t have it and I haven’t tried princess! I tried kayali pistachio gelato yesterday too; I smelt like a cherry Bakewell but I didn’t hate it bizarrely x

Unfortunately for my pocket I have fallen in love with Creed Wind Flowers. The budget is not going to stretch to a bottle of it at the moment! Are there any good dupes for it? Or can anybody recommend something comparable with a lower price point? Preferably under €100!
Jubilee have it but I haven’t had that one, however, most of the ones I’ve tried have been very good

Two options -

glossier - you . £15/£20 a bottle

Room 1015 - Sonic Flower ( this is very slightly different but still close enough to be similar ) - costs about £100 for 50ml
Where are you seeing glossier you for that price?

Has anyone tried any of the Rituals perfumes?
There's a Rituals shop just opened near me so I'm tempted. I get the impression they're all quite light and spa like even though they are EDP. I'm after a light sort of fizzy scent for Spring.
Plus they do decent travel sizes for about £15.

I own minis of L'clat and Ocean Defini, you'd be right, they smell good but not long lasting

Those who bought the Cult Beauty perfume sample box, how are you liking it? For me nothing has stood out until today when I tried Debaser by DS&Durga. Not usually a fan of green scents but it reminds me of being outside, in the garden, visiting somewhere during the warm days of spring. It’s weird how emotions can sometimes get tied to a fragrance because for me it feels comforting and nostalgic for some reason.
It's £34 now!

I've bought previous edits and got Fugazzi Orange Crush which I really like. My little sample is nearly finished so I'm strongly considering buying the current box just for that even though there are a few repeats for me.

Fugazzi Orange Crush is a lovely musky, sweet orange scent, I'm particular about citrus scents but I don't have many summer appropriate perfumes so when I find one I like, it's a plus.

It also has Kayali Yum Pistachio which I like but don't need another 10ml of. I like Jo Malone Pomelo but prefer to layer that with sweeter citrus scents because it's a little sharp.

I’m wearing Zara’s fashionable London today. Don’t get me wrong, the longevity is amazing, but I don’t like the fact it transfers only all my clothes and lingers forever.
Same with Vibrant Caramel Candy (their dupe of Paradoxe). It stays on my dressing gown until I wash it. I’m wearing another of their perfumes today, Hipster Oud, I’m never really sure if I like it or not! 😂

I wore Charlotte tilbury’s more sex yesterday. It’s probably more of an evening fragrance, but I’d bought it a very long time ago and there was no point in “saving it”.

SOTD Wednesday
Marc Jacob’s - Daisy Twinkle

SOTD - today
New Notes - Cocktail Maracuja ( scent addict for this month). Found this heavy on cardamon and ginger . I didn’t mind it - but can’t imagine I will be wanting to wear all the time
