Oud for Greatness is lovely. More suited to men though I think. The other two sound lovely as well. You will have to let us know your thoughts if you try them out.
Will do, actually a lot of samples I got recently are unisex but leaning towards more masculine. Planning to give the samples to my husband after I try them out but it won't be appreciated since he doesn't care about nice fragrances 🤣

I loveeee Olympea, my mum gifted it to me when it came out and it was the only perfume I wore for 5 years. :D Now I'm trying to change it and find something else I would love as much but it's really hard haha. And it lasts such a long time, you can't go wrong!
Totally, it's great and decent price too!

I actually went through my perfume samples the other day and I could smell the VB ones through the packaging. Need to use them soon and see if any are full size worthy.
I am wearing suite 302 today which is a tobacco/rose perfume. The tobacco is present but its not overwhelming and still picking up the rose note as well. Its also still going ( sprayed it around 6.45am ) .

I cant believe im about to say this but the VB perfumes are really well put together and have decent projection/lasting power. I woud consider buying a full size bottle of this. I really like it.

I am looking forward to trying the San Ysidro Drive next.

I purchased Jazz Club, Maison Margiela, from Duty Free the other day and I don’t like it. 😭 I feel like it has no staying power at all. It’s so faint even after first sprays. It was a bit of an impulse buy as the fragrance I planned to get (Oud Immortal, Byredo) was out of stock.

Does anyone have Diptyque L'eau Papier ? Wondering if it's worth the price tag?
They just came out with a hair mist of that, saw it on space nk. It is more of a skin scent so I wouldn’t buy expecting projection etc but once that’s what you want it’s lovely

Smelled Cafe Rose this week at space nk. Its very rose heavy. Reminded me of rose gourmand from Zara so decided I didn’t need both.

Did get the new black opium, online after smelling it in store, as the sales assistant couldn’t have been less interested in assisting me. I find staff at department stores so hit and miss for perfume. They are either lovely or so rude.

Kilian do a great sample kit on their website and it’s redeemable against a full size bottle if you do want to try it from them.
Thanks for the tip about Kilian. I didn’t realise they offered you the option to redeem against a full size . That is a good idea .

The copy of cafe rose is neither coffee or rose - I fact I can’t work out what it smells of at all. Which is a shame 😂.

I ordered a Miller Harris set of samples and was heartbroken when they arrived. In spite of all the glamorous descriptions, each one smelt like an old ladies fur coat last worn in the 1960s stored in a musty damp cupboard 😣

Are they genuine samples from The Fragrance Shop? That may save me a fortune with blind buys 🙃
I don’t get along with Miller Harris really either.

The original Coco by Chanel in the black and gold packaging is an all time favourite. (Not Madamoiselle which most people love)
It’s such a unique, intense, vintage scent.
Just stocked up on the Edp for Christmas and it’s gone up a lot in price.
Yes! everyone seems to prefer Mademoiselle but I much prefer no5.

I have recently bought a full bottle of Neh - The Light ( subscription through sniph which i have now cancelled ) but this was the last frag they sent. On me this is a sharp/tangy rhubarb fruity/floral.

downside is that I got stung for a £39 customs charge 😬
Oof, that customs charge is a devil!
Love rhubarb as a note. Its surprisingly underused imo.

They all have the same weird smell in them to me. I think i tried three and gave up. If you like grapefruit you might like eau des jardins by clarins.
Yes, same for me. I was recently tempted back and got a sample, but it had the same issue. But it may be due to chemistry? I know some people who never wear any other brands because S&B work so well on them, so ymmv.

Seconding the Clarins suggestion: its a beautiful fragrance.

Has anyone tried the Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess Flora Verde?I'm tempted as I love the original and the flora verde is half price on the website. I’m not sure whether than means this flanker hasn’t sold so well and they need to shift excess stock. Mixed reviews on the website

Ralph Lauren Blue for Women, in the square bottle. I think they discontinued it a few years ago and it's back now.

Versace yellow diamond is quite clean smelling too I think.

I just got Lancome hypnose. It's one of those ones I've always liked but never had, loving it so far. Will be great for the winter 😊
The Versace one is really cheap on Ryanair at the mo too, about £40 for 90ml if you know anyone going away. My husband is off to Milan for the footy this week and is under instructions not to return without a bottle!
