I have been wearing my Vanilla Vibes dupe a lot lately. So much more long lasting that the original and it has the perfect amount of seasalt and vanilla I have been wanting. Definitely my Tulum perfume later in the year.

Have you tried Alien Goddess from Mugler? It’s a bit more coconutty and tropical but similar DNA to Soleil Blanc
Weird how fragrances smell different to everyone, alien goddess smells nothing like that too me, it has that heavy perfume smell like black opium or similar, don't know how to describe but generic heavy perfume smell 😅

How about Guerlain Teracotta?
Not tried that, I will track it down

Bronze Goddess is being discontinued, according to the lady on an Estee Lauder counter I passed last week?
It doesn't smell nice on me anyway- gorgeous on a card but not right on my skin.
Really? Surprised it isn't a bestseller for them. I like it much more now but would want to wear it again to be sure.

No, I'll give that a go

Yes the EL counter lady seemed surprised too. Maybe they have a new idea up their sleeve but it seems like a strange decision. Maybe she was just wrong 🤣

EL bronze goddess, I always get confused which one I like but I think I don't like the normal one, but like the bronze goddess nuit, smells like suncream and beach to me

Got my Perfume Parlour samples yesterday, tried Penhaligons Halfeti and can’t say I was a fan (the other half was though so not a total waste). Wore the Kayali Vanilla 28 dupe and was really nice, can still smell it now and gives me Jade Goody Shhh vibes (loved this when I was younger), so might be a future purchase for the collection 👌

Has anyone else tried Diem? I got the sample set for £10 but I think everyone gets different scents. So far I’ve tried the first three; slow exhale, quite liked this, frankincense. Two halves, didn’t like this as way too manly for me, strong lavender/herbal. New leaf, starts out with a strong petitgrain, very green feel, later it gets fruitier/rosier and reminds me of some perfume I got at tkmaxx that I’d never heard of.

Hi all, I’m kinda sad that Jo Malone has discontinued their solid perfume range. I’m thinking of buying a Diptyque one (the packaging is so cute!). Unfortunately I don’t live near any stockists so I’d have to buy one without knowing if if I like it…any advice would be so appreciated!

Get samples first, from fragrance samples UK or small aromas. Obv if you're in the UK!

I bought both Libre and Libre Intense and hated both - gave them to my daughters! It had a really strong base note that just jarred on me. I wouldn't buy blind - do a tester and leave it a good 6 hours on your skin.

I’m about to blind buy YSL Libre, will I regret this?
I prefer the intense. You can probably pick up a smell a like of the orig since I bought mine. I think one of the Zara scents is meant to be like it.

I know what you mean. It’s used in loads of stuff and it’s the only scent I can tolerate it in.
