It's all out of synch. One minute Hogboy is there then he isnt. And wheres all the stuff on the lake with Pig being towed. Obviously too horrific a sight to include! It all goes from bad to worse.

I'm sorry but comparing a woman in labour to someone like Abbie is ridiculous.
If you read the book I mentioned (or other books like it -- there are many), I think you'll find that motor loops like Abbie's (repetitive actions) are common for many people with intellectual disabilities and they do not necessarily indicate intelligence.

When we are in pain (for women, consider childbirth), we do not appear to be "learning generally" or "taking an interest in our environments," either. We are in survival mode. Someone who is constantly in fight-or-flight mode cannot demonstrate intelligence; however, it does not mean that that person is not capable of learning or has no intelligence. It means, simply, that that person is not able to demonstrate that intelligence. If my entire experience of the world was being nine cm dilated, about to push, I wouldn't appear intelligent to those around me, either.

The point of being "locked in" is that the outside world cannot, and does not, discern the disabled person's intelligence. There would be no way to discern it on a viewer's part because, in order to access that person's intelligence, it often requires the work of a highly trained specialist and specialized equipment such as eye-tracking software.

Don't think that the boat has happened yet far as vlog goes. Wyoming would be before California from the direction they are traveling. The boat tit will probably be next vlog.

They are probably thinking "this witch looks like she has snacks"
I have a Jenny. She is a magnificent creature. A fabulous companion, very territorial, oh....and ALWAYS looking for snacks. She would hate Tinkerhog and Ass. So loud. So dumb. The smell of foreign barn yard hay rolling off of them would send her into a full out braying session before chasing them around the pasture and stealing ALL of Pigs gunt snacks. 😍 And, not only would I let her, I would encourage it.😂 I would be “Wooooo Heeeeewwwing ” my whiskers off the whole time. 😂

Man Meow loves the critters. 😻 He is all the time trying to train them all like we are about to start our own traveling petting zoo/circus act. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
Disclaimer: That is absolutely NOT the Maassive Honker Mobile in the background. LMAO!

That is Merry Cat. She is a 12 year old tiny savage. Pigfuckles tusks would be no match to Merry’s sly and barbaric skills. 😂 Ask all the frogs, chipmunks, moles, mice etc. Although, I have never witnessed her take on a chunk of Velveeta Cheese, so I could be wrong. 😻

Awe! I love the name Molly. Ours is BeeBee. She came with the name “Baby”. I was like yea....like that is an original name for mammals in the deep south. 🥴 I had to tweak it a little, but not too much to confuse her. I love watching her get fired up when a marauder enters her pasture...farts and all. Still probably does not come close to the Maassive RV after that Kielbasa and Brussel sprouts they chowed on the other night. 🙀

I just did my daily Selfiewrld check. Maximum number of tickets can be purchased at all times and their instagram is showing previous posts. Again, there is a post using the revo prop and every stall is empty. Business is not bustling. The Maassives have to be living on credit or will be very soon.

I have a condition that constantly has my body in flight or fight mode, and I have ehlers danlos syndrome so I live with quite a bit of pain. I can definitely show my intelligence. I worked as a pediatric nurse before becoming disabled… with extremely sick children. My joints would sublux throughout my shift, and I could still intelligently speak to patients, families, doctors etc. I also managed to get two bachelors degrees with this disease, so yea…definitely able to comprehend, learn and be intelligent

But what makes you think she is permanently in that mode? Even when relaxed she does not engage. She has had multiple therapists work with her and attends a specialist school but it appears to have very little effect.
The only time I have seen her really interested and engaged is around food...other then that she appears to show no or very little interest in her surroundings. Her motor abilities seem to increase around food as well.

Research shows that there is a heightened level of amygdala activity, more commonly known as fight-or-flight response, in people with autism. The University of Washington, among other institutions, has studied this. It's very interesting. https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2009/03/090319132956.htm

It's difficult to say whether Abbie is permanently in that mode, but research shows that that particular response is heightened in people with autism. While it would be difficult to assess Abbie's IQ without clinical testing, we can observe that other populations with heightened stress (i.e., refugees fleeing oppressive governments, schoolchildren with abusive home lives, etc.) often do poorly in school and other formal learning environments. Some of these students are bright, but don't have the capacity to demonstrate or further develop intelligence.

Sad is.... that was all learned and conditioned behavior. Just look at her mom's only interests. And the only thing they have taught Abby to communicate. Plus P said numerous times food is love to her.

Just makes me sad for Abigail because no one will ever know her actual potential because of the trash her family is

I'd agree that food would be considered a high motivator for Abbie (and, honestly, for many people with and without autism). Music would perhaps be another interest I've observed. Showing little interest in your surroundings tends to speak to a very heightened amygdala response.
