I get what you’re saying and would agree if if was a personal party (they all do that and it grinds my gears ) but she works for a global company who have more money than a horse can there’s literally no incentive for her to get them one for free unless she’s been pulled up on her “influencing” and is trying to butter them up.

I didn’t know both were in the uk!!!! It always pains me when I see how upset the kids are when the auntie and grandparents leave them to go back home. All their money they could see them more often. The grandparents haven’t been seen for months! She goes on about family this family that they all seem so incredibly selfish and not loving at all it’s all about throwing money at the kids to keep them happy there’s no quality time spent. You can tell their parents were the same when they were growing up as they seem to like their holidays more than spending time with kids/grandkids. And when they do see then they’re off on holiday or going off somewhere extravagant. Money money money rather than quality time.
