Yeah you can tell Sienna absolutely adores Darren and has a lot of love for him she always has and it’s lovely to see but I wish he would appreciate it a bit more. They have a better father daughter bond compared to the mother daughter relationship Georgie and Sienna have were there’s just no connection but over the last few years Karma and Koa have got way more of Darrens attention and time and poor Sienna has been pushed to the side. Understandably it bothers her cause there’s many times she’s trying to get his attention but isn’t fully noticed by him so she gives up. I really think it would be nice for Darren and Sienna to spend time together just the two of them for the day every so often cause whenever Mia is with them she’s very loud and Sienna can’t get a word in shes sitting in the back of the car kind of forgotten. Mia’s old enough to understand she doesn’t need to be a part of every single day out so it would be nice if she let Sienna have some time with Darren cause there’s many times Georgie and Mia go out just the two of them.I generally think Sienna dislikes themsome of the faces she pulls when they are talking are exactly the same as what im thinking. She clearly adores Darren but I just dont see a mother/daughter relationship with Sienna and Georgie. Its so sad
I feel like Sienna is confused and uncomfortable by Georgie and Mia’s behaviour at times especially Georgie and I can imagine how awkward it must feel if your mum is acting like that and people are staring.
I’ve always said, I hope sienna is the one who breaks free from them and lives her life how she wants to! Obviously they all deserve to live the life they want but mia feeds into Darren and Georgie’s bullshit as she’s the favourite and the younger 2 probably have no hope as it’s all they’ve ever known, being rich and flashy.I generally think Sienna dislikes them
Before the little ones came, I really thought Sienna and Darren had a very close relationship! He was very engaged with her. She was also 4 years younger though.
I agree! before Karma and Koa came along Sienna was way closer to Darren and he had way more time for her and their bond was lovely to see. Yeah like you said he was very engaged with her but then that all changed when the younger two came along. Yeah she’s getting older so she’s not a little baby anymore so bonds can change a little but for it to change this much something about that isn’t right to me and it’s cause he’s become more distant from her cause I honestly think in his mind and in Georgie’s that when a child gets to a certain age they don’t know how to interact with them and start treating them like an adult when she’s still a 10 year old kid.
Anytime Sienna gives him a gift whether it’s for a birthday , Christmas or just surprises him from a shopping trip her face lights up with excitement to give it to him and his reactions are never that great he always seems uninterested or when he is interested he gives her a minute of his time then stops giving her attention and starts giving attention to the younger two again and Sienna always looks disappointed and left out but bless her she never complains she goes quiet. I know we don’t see every second of their life on camera but the fact that anytime on camera she gets left out in my opinion says a lot and it has to also be like that off camera too.
I know Karma and Koa are still very young and younger siblings tend to get more of the attention at that age but they don’t even try to treat the kids as fairly as they can. They can give Sienna her own bathroom and shopping sprees but what about quality time and actually getting to know her and having conversations with her especially while she’s still a kid they should be enjoying her at this age.
Completely agree with you about them treating her like a teen. It's like they put her in a group with Mia because she doesn't "fit" with Karma. But Ironically I think she's closer in age to Karma. Anyway, it's unfair to pretend that she should be acting like Mia. Mia may have the maturity of a 13-year-old but 13 is still older than Sienna. It's sad. I really don't want Sienna to turn into another Mia. I think Sienna will be much more serious and mature than Mia ever was. (I'm not hating on Mia necessarily, it's really Georgie's fault that she's like this)
It seems as though Georgie has fallen down the path that some, not all mind you, but some teen mothers fall down. She appears to be attempting to re-live the teen years she missed when she became a mamma. Which on some level is understandable, however, at some point she has to move past acting like a teen. She may have had a challenging path being a teen mother, but she should be proud of herself for what she accomplished.
It’s one thing to have some fun in the videos, & act a little silly, especially with Karma & Koa. There’s a difference though between acting a little silly, & what D&G have done in the past, & what it seems like they are doing now.
That’s true cause even with the way Sienna is wanting to dress copying Mia cause Mia is quite judgmental over things Sienna would wear or toys she would play with which I think made Sienna insecure and also with the way Georgie and Darren treat her like a teenager I things it made her lose her childhood a lot quicker when they should be treating her as the age she is. She’s still a kid who should be playing with toys and using her imagination but they’ve treated her like she’s older so she acts like how Mia does with shopping all the time and getting designer clothes but at her age she should be allowed have fun with games and with her other kids.
I agree she’s definitely closer in age to Karma but it’s just a shame they don’t let her be a kid anymore. Exactly I don’t get why they would want their little girl who’s only 10 to be growing up so fast and acting older than she needs to be when most parents would be enjoying their child while they’re still so young and innocent.
I really hope Sienna doesn’t turn into another Mia and I wish they wouldn’t be pushing Sienna into making a YouTube channel they should let her explore her own interests. I hope Sienna does turn out more serious and mature and sees how exploited she was by her parents. Georgie really messed up Mia mentally cause she’s stuck at 13 and Mia isn’t even good at spotting fake friends and people who are using her to get more followers and views cause in Mia’s mind she thinks all these people she meets on tiktok or insta are her best friend yet they barely know her. Yes some of them could be genuinely nice and I’m not saying every friend she has had is fake but it’s just a shame Georgie isn’t mature enough to tell Mia to be careful. It’ll be interesting to see how all these family channel kids turn out in the future.
I think their plan is to save enough money so that the girls can live comfortably for the rest of their lives without needing a job that requires an education. I don’t know if they think YouTube is young to work forever for them but I wouldn’t think so.. and I’m pretty sure they have mentioned that Mia has enough money for the rest of her life already. But I think this is quite stupid.. unexpected things can happen and what if money runs out? Also, having a job is more than just about money for most people. It allows for socialisation and a sense of purpose in life! are they just going to continue living a life of isolation, occasionally meeting other YouTubers but having no real bond, going shopping, and decorating houses? I know Mia wants to travel, but how many more bloody places could there be for her to see? She’s spent majority of her life travelling! And she says she wants to do it with friends.. but what friends? I don’t know if she understands that friends are not just random people you meet online and have a few similarities with then go your seperate ways. Has she ever had a true best friend? I feel bad for her but something tells me she is oblivious as she’s never even experienced it. I’m kind of rambling now lol but I also want to add that I think a possibility for Georgie and Darren keeping sienna out of school is because they are afraid she will be recognised. Chances are she would have to stay back at least a year to make up for her lack of education or get special help from the teacher. Kids that recognise her could catch on that she actually hasn’t been homeschooled properly (or at all) and this would damage their reputation as it could potentially be spread around, or some parents may even take their concern to authorities. As the selfish people they seem to be I wouldn’t put it past them to care about their reputation more than their daughter’s wellbeing.
I doubt they'd save enough for the girls so that they could have enough each to live. Cost of living rising, house prices through the roof.. heck most celebs who have millions don't give their children millions to live off without working! Most have some sort of leg up, but don't just provide endlessly for them. Plus a lot of millionaires are also still working, still earning, still working hard.. I don't think there are a whole lot of people who just sail through life with plenty of money and never really working.
Honestly I don't know what they'll do in the future.. at least Mia has some sort of experience to put on her CV with her book and channel... but I don't see Sienna going down the same road so I don't know what she'll do in the future with no education, qualifications or experience in anything other than just being around in the background of youtube videos.
I was scrolling through tiktok and saw a vid of a guy and Mia. They'd met up and had lunch/dinner together but the guy in his commentary said he didnt even know she was vegan til that day. What I'm getting at is that these supposed "friends" shes made online don't seem to know the 1st thing about her! Veganism is very clearly a thing in both her own content and their family content but this guy just....didn't know?! She needs to make ACTUAL friendships not just 'these people are within a couple of years of my age and have a decent amount of followers' friendships.

They probably just met up so they could get for views and followers from each other’s fans and viewers

i think she must be quite a sneaky person and really rebellious behind her parents backs. im sure their is a lot of things she does not tell them. being back in the uk and closer to public transport is probably enabling her to sneak round a lot more too. she is has probably become quite at adept at pulling the woolen cloth across her parents eyes so they dont entirely known whats going on with her.

not only that mia is at higher risk of being groomed by people as she has no sense of what is okay and what isnt okay in relation to attention after being in such an isolated bubble for long. naturally she has also become addicted to seeking attention not realizing the potential harm that she puts herself in because of it.
Yes it is concerning. I think she comes across very naive and vulnerable, especially her being boy obsessed, and there will be nasty people out there who will prey on that. If an alright looking guy shows her attention/tells her the things she wants to hear, i think she could easily be groomed/used as I dont feel like Georgie is teaching her what is important in a relationship and what reg flags to look out for, it seems to all be based on looks and muscles and the 'bad boy' image

i do not think georgie has ever mentally separated herself from some of the circular ideas and teaching she received in the jehovah witness life style.
she is basically passing on some of what she learnt and lived in the jehovah witness to her kids just in a different way.
where the jehovahs' was a cult, her family is almost a cult
and darren. he seemed to have a really messed up child hood to and never has much stability or financial security and is something he seems to want for his kids. but he is going the wrong way about it?
their family friendly image that they try to keep so clean and nice is so incredibly toxic and misrepresentative of what it is to look after your kids with basic education, social skills etc. they are incredibly damaging to the work of may people in society who have worked so hard to deconstruct the social discourse of toxic masculinity and high beauty standards for women. As well as many environmentalist who are trying their best to educate and inform the public the harm over consumerism is doing to the planet. being a minimalist lifestyle means not doing shopping hauls or spending on dad credit card for a day.
they both require a lot of of counselling and so do their kids to overcome their underlying issues.
i truly do believe that mia will end up pregnant really early on in life, esp once she turns 18 and can go clubbing surrounded by a bunch of seedy guys and without the education of safe sex and how to protect herself (not that he should have to, girls should be able to go and have fun and not worry about being raped, but still having boundaries is important and hard to have if you dont know what attention is good and what attention is bad).
also not to mention who are her actual real life friends for her to go clubbing with.
having friends when you are in town clubbing is important. i dont even go to town by myself and i live in one of the safest cities in the world.
friends are important to help you if you drink too much and protect you from creeps who may try to take adv.
i know sometimes real friends also encourage excess drinking afterall i live in a country that has chronic drinking issues.
but still drinking with people who you hardly know isnt great either as can encourage pressure to drink and keep up and do other stuff.
I dont believe mia has any "real" friends. They're all "inflencers" just like her and thats all they are, internet friends only. I have a few internet friends and i do call them friends but i know deep down they arent full friends. I dont see them on a regular basis, some ive never even met in real life!
I kinda worry for Mia’s future. When she finally decides to move out what is gonna happen? She can’t just run away from issues like her parents do. I feel like she’s also gonna be a rebellious young adult as she didn’t get to do anything as a teen and will try things she never got to do which can be either good or bad.
I don’t know how she’ll cope when she moves out. She has no life skills and has been so sheltered by her parents. She also doesn’t have any real friends so I can imagine she’ll be very lonely. I really cannot believe she is turning 18 soon, she really hasn’t grown up since she as 15.
I’d be worried about her getting herself into dangerous situations since she really doesn’t understand how unsafe the world can be for young women
