Normally I would day back to you that 1. Don’t trust the calories burned on a fitness watch and 2. Generally weights will burn less calories than cardio anyways but I have to agree that session looked horrible all the burpees and the bike row ski and all for time, like she should be flat out but she’s barely even in the red zoneShe only burned 416 calories in an hour long ‘killer’ session! I would burn upwards of 700 calories in a gym class of that duration… and before anyone starts I don’t mean that as one of the step brigade who hand wash the kids clothes have the dinner cooked and 10k steps before 6am
