Aston Martin feels messy, like Laurence is just expecting instant success and trying to buy it all at once by hiring everyone. Takes a lot of work to mould that into a strong team ala Force India who worked wonders with peanuts.
McLaren have rebuilt infrastructure, but just energised much of their existing staff with just a few key hires, so the team is already a good team. Be interesting to see how'd he'd integrate into the current McLaren structure without ruining the clearly working dynamic the team currently has.
