Nope absolutly not . I was fuming that they blamed him . Thanfully f1 Twitter said duck you to fia and even Jules’s dad said that it is not Pierre’s fault . Same way on this track Jules died and they did this ?

Omg, there's another controversy, appearantly Max crossed the finish line before the timer run out, so they should have been driving two more laps.
This means that the flag was waved a lap early, and from what I'm getting from the commentators here: they need to reset the race by one lap (to when the leader crossed the line last), this means that Charles isn't getting the penalty, and actually is on second place. And Max isn't WDC yet
