Yes, but she would need to be taken for medical evaluation first. I can promise you she would be admitted as an in-patient ASAP. But since she is dependent on Deb for transportation and since Deb is heavily invested in keeping Eugenia at home and away from doctors and treatment, that is clearly not going to happen.
I also suspect that Deb has put a HUGE guilt trip onto Eugenia that she (Deb) will die if Eugenia is not with her at home 24/7. It is a sick, dysfunctional dynamic.
ETA: Just read over my comment and I confused the issue of Eugenia being admitted to a hospital with the issue of her having to be declared mentally incompetent in order to be sectioned. But that would involve the court system and the hospital wrestling with Deb over control of her daughter. That's when the family attorney will fight for Deb.
And that's where the American legal system gets really weird. Because Eugenia is over 18 and no hospital wants to be in the news over an issue like this nothing will be done.
I’ve not really followed EC’s story but every now and then I remember she exists and went to check her Instagram. I cannot believe how little she’s got- she’s literally flesh and bone! She’s 100% body checking in every post and loves getting all the concerned comments about her size. When she did seem to be recovering she didn’t really post herself in revealing outfits and was clearly struggling with the changes to her body. If she’d had counselling she might’ve been able to come to terms with these changes and recover properly. Instead her family have allowed her to make a complete u-turn and she’s still making a living flaunting her unhealthy lifestyle to the internet.
Do you think she’s wearing a wig in those latest pics? There’s no way her hair would look that healthy

In previous videos Eugenia just kind of stands there with the view of Disney in the background while she gives commentary or she walks very short distances like how you see in her Instagram posts. It's not really a 'trip to Disney' in the way one usually thinks of it.
She is so medically and mentally unstable; it's bizarre to think of her in that environment.

Slightly OT but does anyone remember a girl called Ashley Isaacs who was quite well known on the ED side of the internet around the 2010s? I think she used to post on tumblr and such. She was known for being even smaller than Eugenia.
I look her up on instagram periodically just to see if she’s still about (I’m a ghoul, i know), and I just find it so crazy that a body that size can be sustained for so long, at the size her and Eugenia are surely even most day to day activities must be a health risk? I think she uses a wheelchair mainly now but the poor girl just looks in pain all of the time.

I just saw her doing a live battle with an Arab body builder; he had a friend with him who told Eugenia to shut up because she was squeaking and squealing non stop over the top of them with that awful vocal fry every time she was gifted, while they were trying to talk to her. The way her jaw dropped. 
I honestly have no idea how she is still alive. I follow her and .. yeah I am stumped. She must feel awful. Very sad.

It sounds awful but I have no idea how Eugenia is still alive. Her mother seems to isolate her and enable her illness, seemingly because she gets gifts which = money on tiktok live. I remember a video where Eugenia wanted to go outside to look at the moon, and her mother was very insistent that she just looked at it from her window instead. It’s like she is being held prisoner in her own home. I’m not sure how the law works in the US so I apologise, but surely this situation is a form of abuse, and Eugenia could be removed from the home and sectioned for treatment despite being an adult? Eugenia is 29 now, she should be out with friends, living her life, working, I can imagine she would be a great beauty/fashion influencer (like she wants to be) if she recovered. How her own mother can watch her daughter waste away right before her eyes is beyond me.

Seriously? That is awful, but to be honest I can imagine her mother doing something like that. She is definitely mentally ill also.
