I don't think she really did anything back in Canada. Where she's from isn't all that exciting, and she was pretty young.
Yeah sadly I know so many women who would never question any of it as bagging a rich man is akin to winning the lottery for some people. Don't ask don't tell! He really should not even be in this country, let alone a citizen.
I remember she once said that she lived in her mom's basement and always had trouble with living with her mom. She used to smoke weed. I think that when Aslan came it's was her ticket to escape her life with her mom in Canada. I just think it's weird to emigrate to another country with a guy you just met from the internet and her mom was so supportive. I think her mom wanted her to be with a rich guy.
I think one of the reasons he and his family are in UK is because they truly ducked up back in Kazakhstan they stole practically all the money from the oil in one region and or the time the government (who funny enough they are relatives of the now ex president) found out they already were installed in UK, they were trying to get the money back but is tricky, I have been in that country myself on a diplomatic visit a couple years ago and the corruption is insane, the ones who are family or friends of Nursultan Nasarvayev are rich as duck and get to work in the government, the rest of the people struggle to make enough to live.

Effie doesn't even seem that bad. Had Estee ever had a puppy before? Everything she has openly spoken about seems pretty much normal, especially for a rescue
I heard once that pets tend to reflect the owner's personality and makes sense as it seems like Estee is not a confident girl with a lot of anxiety herself if not depression already, Reggie was different because he spent most of his life with the two of them and Estee back then also was quite different of today

She has never had to take care of herself or a dog on her own before without Mama Aslan or Don't call me mom Kelly so everything in her life gets blown out of proportion.I’ve not commented on Estee’s thread before but just seen she was at Amelia’s launch of something yesterday: you cannot meet up with people from another household indoors unless they are in a bubble... I don’t believe that they are? I can’t see some of my family inside but Estee can go to dinner with her friend and her family 
For what i saw in London no one is actually following the rules but at the same time the rules change all the bloody time is hard to know.
They were “outside” on a (very covered) terrace I think that’s their way around the rules
