I don't feel sorry for her, I am actually a SINGLE mother with a fucknut for an ex who doesn't see the kids/pay any child support/nada. If they are together, she's got support, from him. Having little ones is tough so much social media bullshit on being a strong independent woman who can do it all and have it all don’t need no man all that rubbish. It’s HARD help is needed. I made this mistake when I was 22 and stupid and my bf told me at the time he liked "big thick girls" silly naive younger me used it as an excuse to eat whatever I wanted thinking that it would mean that all the weight went on my hips, bum and boobs and not my arms legs and stomach as well but of course it didn't and after a couple of months of 3-4 takeaways a week I ended up looking like a fridge with legs and it took me a good 18 months to get it off and I would say that several years down the line I've never got back to what I was before. Sounds like. pushing 30 Erin's thinking the same thing....

2000 calories a day of protein is what you need Erin hun if you can follow it up with a good cardio and weights routine 4-5 times per week, but given that she's got "no help" doesn't seem feasible to me.
